    "Not as good as it once was"

    Pros: * Multiple features available in on pane of glass interface
    * Useful remote access (GUI, CMD and PowerShell)

    Cons: * Very dated interface
    * Poor integration with included features i.e. installation is easy but manual removal is required for almost EVERY integrated feature, this leads to unfair billing for uninstalled devices
    * Pushy up-sales

    Overall: I've used it for over 8 years now, since this was still a GFI Max product and it has been sold-off multiple times during that time. Gradually it has lost its edge and became hugely labour intensive to use.
    Time to move to a system that is better designed and maintained.

    Pros: N‑able RMM offers wide support for remote monitoring in IT. It makes remote monitoring and risk intelligence a breeze to monitor. 24x7 uptime makes it a reliable solution. The flexible monitoring dashboard gives a good amount of data on one screen.

    Cons: Nothing so far had a great experience from this tool.

    Overall: Overall, N‑able RMM is equipped with quite a wide range of remote monitoring. You can monitor IT assets, networks, security and patch management with it. It performs like a smooth fluid, no hassle at all.

    Pros: The ability to monitor in-depth performance from remote is great. It helped us to monitor risk alert and also allows us to backup and restore from anywhere. The alert on any critical security issues is the best we liked about N‑able RMM.

    Cons: There is a learning curve. The dashboard needs customization.

    Overall: Overall, N‑able RMM provides a great number of deeply collected data to monitor and take action. I appreciate its highly informative dashboard.
