    "Not worth it"

    Pros: I do like the online platform. That is about it. I have used many other tax prep systems and this one is at the bottom.

    Cons: Hard to work with, calculations and entries hard to trust, customer service is nice but takes forever.

    Overall: I found this software to be hard to work with and was not able to trust the entries to calculate throughout the return. I found that I used up way too much time double-checking every calculation and every form to ensure that all of the entries flowed through. In addition, I had to call customer support many times for help and, while they were nice, it took a lot of time, and I mean a LOT of time, for them to assess the problem and come up with a solution. This software may look helpful to your checkbook at first, but once you realize you are spending twice as long in preparing the returns, not so much.
