    "A headache "

    Pros: I can only believe all these good reviews that supposedly apply to MuniBilling are fake or are lies. This platform has given me nothing but headaches I cringe every time I am forced to pay my water bill now to HOPE Water. It's the biggest hassle trying to get through the portal, they charge quite a lump to pay with a card. Ridiculous. I am so angry my water bill is again due and I have no way to fire these people, yet I am forced to pay them 3% just to go through all this hell to pay my bill. You people need to quit with your lies with your good reviews. Nothing has been good about any of this clown business since I was forced into it.

    Cons: I hated all of it. Like having to pay to use the service, I hated that I am required to give up some of my phones memory with their app

    Overall: Has been a nightmare trying to log in every moth it's the same thing I hate it it tells me I don't have an account then it yells me I already have an account. Sick to death of this.
