Pros: The interface is great, along with the features and stability. We would love if their customer support was better so that we could use the product.
Cons: Their customer support is nearly non-existent. You'll wait weeks for a response if you get a response at all. No accountability will be taken for their lack of responses. e.g. You can go weeks with your system not sending email, even a month, and you'll be billed with no credit for the down time.
Overall: Over all we chose to go in a different direction out of being concerned for the stability of our platform due to their tactics. They have deleted our server, billed for months that weren't used and we asked to cancel, but they failed to cancel, they also took nearly a month to answer a critical ticket, but we were billed for the entire month, this is when we asked to cancel, but were still rebilled. We wanted to give them another chance and would even pay the months we were rebilled after asked to cancel, and they told us to make the payments first then they terminated our new trial after we spent over 3 hours setting it up again, and actually finding the solution to our originally issue.

Pros: The best thing is its drag-and-drop customization, it gives you the ability to convert the normal design into a more appealing and intuitive interface for the campaign emails. Instant delivery of emails. Reports on campaign emails. Email personalization for every potential lead.
Cons: Its email segmentation doesn't work well for me.
Overall: Mumara is an excellent email marketing platform for small businesses. The plans are very cost-effective as I compare with its competitors. I loved its drag-and-drop ability. Overall, I suggest Mumara for basic email marketing for your small business.

A/B Testing
Spin Tags
Rocket ImportCons: Not much! Previously it was a bit complicated but now the Mumara One version has made it all too simple. I just had to add my verified domain to it and it was ready to go.
Overall: Overall its a perfect match for small to large scale organizations for their email marketing & automation.
