Overall: My experience with Multipli has been nothing short of appalling. Their communication is atrocious, and their tactics are nothing less than predatory. Instead of working with clients during difficult times, they resort to bullying, harassment, and threats.
When I reached out for financial hardship assistance, their response was shocking: "If you don't make payment, we will be defaulting your credit file, your personal credit file, and the company credit file." True to their word, they followed through with these threats, showing zero willingness to help or negotiate. Instead of supporting struggling customers, they use financial coercion to pressure and intimidate.

Their contracts are deliberately complex, one-sided, and designed to trap customers into unfavourable terms. They exploit any opportunity to make things more difficult rather than offering solutions. The constant phone calls, text messages, and threats create immense stress, making an already challenging financial situation even worse.

Multipli is not a company that cares about its clients—it is a business built on aggressive, unethical practices that prioritise profit over people. If you are considering their services, think twice. There are far better alternatives that will treat you with fairness and respect.

Do not trust Multipli. Do not sign anything. Save yourself the stress and financial damage.
