Pros: Having used Salesforce before, Mothernode CRM offers a lot and is easy to use. I like the ability to send Quotes electronically for signing and that I can have all my ConstructConnect Projects automatically available for me to add in my CRM so I don't have to access 2 software systems.

Cons: I wish they would add Quotes to the mobile app so I can quote simpler items on the go. Would like to see a more visual path creator for follow-up sequences.

Overall: I think this is definitely a good CRM for the money. You can do a lot and it is easy to use. I like that everything is included, even the Outlook add-in. That was important to us. It's good to not always have to get into the CRM and have access to opportunities you are working on, from within Outlook.
