Pros: Working with their team is amazing. They got us up and running same day. What I found to be different is the personal touch.
Cons: I wish the desktop app had more features, but they said they'll be rolling out more in future product updates.
Overall: Overall, definitely the most personal experience I've had working with a VoIP company. I'm actively trying to figure out how to join their partner program.
