The Cisco Wireless Gateway for LoRaWAN and Cisco Interface Module for LoRaWAN, available with Cisco Catalyst 1100 Rugged Series Routers, enable IoT implementations mandating low data rates and battery-powered end devices over long-distance connectivity. The products use long-range (LoRa) technology and comply with long-range wide-area network (LoRaWAN) specifications, defined by the LoRa Alliance.
