Pros: This is the best program that I have seen to track Membership information and finances. I have looked at other available programs but this one is very user friendly and they have the best support staff that you could ask for. Very thorough for detailed reporting and the backup system is excellent. I have used it for over 13 years now and I love it!
Cons: If there is something you don't like you simply tell them and they will come up with something you will like so I don't have any cons.....
Overall: I would recommend this program to anyone who keeps track of a membership and finances. Our office is audited every year and sometimes a couple times a year and this program helps make it very easy to complete!!

Pros: When you pull a member up in the system everything about them is right there on the members screen!
When I have a question and I call or email anyone at Income, I know I will get a response quickly, not days later.
When you go to a conference it is hands on and they show you new ways to be more efficient!Cons: I miss the conference! I hope that next year Covid is no longer a concern and we are able to get together again!
The only con about the system that I have is that I wish the Endorsed Candidates section was set up like the Contractor page so that more information could be put in for each Candidate.Overall: Overall I think that the Member Tracking Program is excellent and very efficient, and I appreciate that when I call about a question or concern that they take time to listen to you and help you without being rushed or treated like you are bothering them. Everyone at Income is genuinely kind and helpful and after meeting everyone at the conferences, they honestly feel like family.

Pros: MTP is easy to use. Auto payments on the MTP App really make it easy for members. Mostly I like the conferences and I miss them. Always a great networking event. Super organized, very well done! I’m always excited to attend and meet people from all over the U.S. and Canada!
Cons: None that come to mind. I have had a positive experience.
Overall: From day one, Bridget made it feel like we are all one big family. The labor movement connection and the attention to issues like helping us text members for comments to fight IRAP and the 2020 election imports were services I’m sure no one else provides to customers. Such attention to detail is awesome! Conferences are amazing. MTP is easy to use too.! Great team!

Pros: Jon and his team provide the best customer service! They have helped me out during non-working hours and have always resolved any issues that our training facility might have encountered whether it was actually MTP or if it was an issue caused by other software.
I love the ability of creating my own user defined reports.
I love the integration of the web portal and the admin interface.
Jon and his team helped our training facility create a fully functioning LMS for our newly developed online curriculum to integrate with MTP.Cons: I would like to be able to have the ability to change the way some of the templates look so that we could use them based off of our needs.
Depending on computer screen resolution, it can mess with how the interface appears. Sometimes all the words can't be seen and sometimes some of the font is large on some headings but normal on other headings.Overall: My overall experience with MTP has been excellent. It's very user friendly once the initial training has been accomplished. Jon and his team have always been top notch professionals. I couldn't ask for a better performing product and team that stands behind it close enough to being 24-7.

Pros: Very powerful member tracking program that is consistently adding features and expanding it abilities.
Cons: No cons that I can think of. Any requests that we have made have been addressed quickly.
Overall: MTP is an excellent, seasoned, product with a very responsive support staff. After years of looking for a membership program that would fit our needs and grow with the times, we finally found an excellent solution.

Pros: The ease of learning and using the software is definitely a pro. Having the capability to create a user defined report is big selling point to this program.
Cons: None.

Pros: The ease of use for someone who is not exactly tech. savvy. The system is very informational. When I am on the phone with a member it is easy to navigate & bring up information when needed.
Cons: Hitting enter button in an open dispatch closes out the dispatch. Then when you go to open dispatch again it generates a new number.
Overall: Took a little time to get used to using system, but overall I've been very happy with the system. Still learning new things with it every day.

Pros: The way it is all detailed out and extra time taken for all questions. Also how they go specific for each person to customize.
Cons: It could be a day longer to go more in depth. Also should put one on every three months due to covid.
Overall: This is a great training and must every year refresher for all staff that use it daily for office managers.

Pros: Very use friendly! There are many updates done to accommodate our requests to make MTP work better for our individual needs. Incom trainings are also very informative and fun to say the least. Matt always saves the day when we are in a bind, great customer service!
Cons: We would like more techs as much knowledge as Matt.
Overall: MTP has been an easy program to use. As the years pass, there are so many more great reports and fun features that help us complete our daily work tasks.

Pros: MTP is always improving, when one client asks for a new feature they make sure all of their clients benefit from it. Our local has been with MTP since 1994 and the service has always been outstanding.
Cons: No cons, but I sure miss the conferences, I learn something new every year.
Overall: Incom services is outstanding, nearly every day they are adding updates to benefit us all and they will always find the answers we need.

Pros: These conferences are very informative and very supportive to the office staff that have direct dealings with the tracking system. Also helps out our membership in their abilities to pay dues and find out information on their page.
Cons: None that i am aware of. if there is an issue the team at Incom are always there to help.

Pros: Get to use other customers improvements/changes/upgrades without having to pay for it ourselves.
Cons: Some of the questions when posting payments are "worded" odd. I think they are "old fashioned" accounting questions. For instance, if a member has a credit. MTP asks "Do you want to carry this credit forward? Most users do not understand what carry it forward means. A simpler question would be "Do you want to use this credit now?"
Overall: Excellent software- Very easy to understand and use.

Pros: Easy to use and the customer support is very good. The product is very affordable for all the services that it offers.
Cons: Very little I don't like. Occasionally I will need a newer feature and it takes a little while to get that established, but other than that it's great.
Overall: I would say MTP is the best membership tracking program that I personally have ever used. I wouldn't want to move to anything else.

Pros: Always focused on user input. They are a phone call away. Always available for assistance. Emails and texts are instant responses.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Never been disappointed with MTP.

Pros: The whole program. I use MTP mostly for accepting dues payments , and Dispatching. It couldn't be any more user friendly. The design team really made it easy for the normal, not so computer savoy people like myself to use and navigate easily.
Cons: There are no cons . From the start, MTP and the staff are always willing to help with any issues or questions.
Overall: As stated earlier, I really enjoy using the MTP program. Great program, and even better support team. I have had such a positive experience using MTP, that i continue to tell other unions and training centers to use the program.

Pros: Ease of Use, reporting capabilities and built in member and contractor communication capabilities using email and text through the program. Excellent technical support and bi-annual user group conferences give Incom a definite edge over previous software vendors. Software keeps all financial and document history readily available in an organized manner.
Cons: Nothing at the moment, very happy with the service and software.
Overall: I have been using MTP since 2007. Jon and his team at Incom have delivered above and beyond our expectation. The MTP software has evolved over the years utilizing experience and technology to deliver a software application that provides the information we need to better service Members and Contractors needs. I would fully recommend this software to any Labor Union Local.

Pros: Laborers Local 210 in Buffalo NY has used MTP for over 20 years. The program is very user friendly and well put together. It is exactly what we need as a Construction Trade Local with over a thousand active members. Anytime I have had a questions or I couldn’t figure out a certain task I was looking to preform, I would call INCOM- problem solved.
Cons: I have yet to find any negatives except maybe it does take some getting used to and I have yet to use all of its features.
Overall: As the Business Manager of our Laborers Local I am completely satisfied with MTP and INCOM. The program allows you to protect the organization that you are running. I was able to produce phone records and phone calls that the program kept records of in a NLRB case that was eventually dismissed when a member brought hiring violations against my local.

Pros: I like the MTP App. It is easy to register for class, sign up for auto-payment of dues, find skills, use the QR reader to check into meetings and dispatch. All without needing my laptop, INCOM has excellent customer service too and helps set up work from home.
Cons: MTP Conferences were a great place to network and also class is a place to touch base with people. Due to Covid-19 they are not happening now. I miss seeing everyone.
Overall: MTP has reporting, designed on the fly if need be, ability to pay dues online and on the App, easy to use dispatch, skills, on line courses, class registration on the app and much more! The feature to add the class to calendar makes life easy. The web module makes it easy to work at home. The staff is responsive. Customer service is top-notch!
