About Measure360
We help companies to be more successful by engaging, developing and ultimately measuring the feedback of their employees, managers, and leaders. The questionnaire is then distributed via an email link to up to 50 others (known as “respondents”) who are usually line managers, supervisors, colleagues, and juniors who you have selected to score on their observations of the person (known as “self “or “target”). Once the data has been gathered from all the respondents it is analysed and provided as a comprehensive report to the system administrator about the person being assessed. This gives you a real insight on how others perceive that individual compared to how the see themselves and facilities areas for development or improvement whilst highlighting the positives that they do well.
