    "Tons of Pro Features and Constantly Improving"

    Pros: Love the automation features and the alerts when someone is browsing my site (within seconds!). I'm able to quickly and accurately determine how effective my marketing is. Suite of marketing tools and customizable mailing list features, etc.

    Cons: Unable to text or use SMS directly from the platform. I would love to be able to TEXT properties, or property alerts, directly to my clients at the tap of a button. ML does NOT have that feature native... you can work around it, but that's annoying!

    Overall: I have used this software from its infancy, and have seen the developers' commitment to innovation and ease-of-use for the Realtor out there trying to run his/her business. There are always a few glitches with ANY software, but Market Leader has proven to me (a seasoned agent) they are willing to take advice from agents in the field. I'm a former marketing exec, so the suite of marketing tools is amazing, and light years ahead of others, but some of the 'copy' and images are slightly dated. That said, I can make my own, and use my own. Love the automation features and the alerts when someone is browsing my site (within seconds!). I'm able to quickly and accurately determine how effective my marketing is. By the way, some of these 'circles' on the chart aren't checked.. why? ML does all that! Android, iOS, API etc. are all functional. Let's check those off, shall we?
