Cons: Currently we don't like in the manage engine if any asset removing from customs group the option is not available and ticketing tool in also asset reassignment is difficult.
Overall: From ManageEngine currently we are maintaining the asset management and remote connection. The remotely connecting and resolve the issues and also applying the patches, Updates, wallpapers and so many features using through manage engine.

OpManager is available for desktops and mobile applications is also available for remote monitoring. It can integrate with other ManageEngine products. The support from ManageEngine is good. Thus you get a centralized dashboard with all the devices and IT operations being monitored.

Pros: 1. ManageEngine OpManager is being widely used all over. We are using it for application monitoring, network monitoring, hardware devices monitoring and more.
2. The bandwidth usage and consumption can be easily monitored and thus provides idea to Network admins on how much bandwidth pipe would be required from future perspective.
3. All our servers physical and VM are monitored using OpManager and thus whenever CPU, memory and space crunch happens we get alerts.Cons: The product is superb, however
1. Configuration can be done by trained professionals on OpManager.
2. Training may be required to understand the advanced features.
3. The pricing is somewhat on higher side.Overall: It is a powerful tool to monitor all your hardware devices. All our load balancers, firewalls and routers are managed through OpManager. We observe the network packet movement through it. So if there are any issues we get to know it early thus resolving the issue at the earliest. This has helped us to reduce our turn around time and debugging time.

This monitoring provides results and reports in graphical formats for better understanding and then decisions can be taken based on this, thus helping to arrive at a root cause.
Cons: Being a useful tool, there are no dislikes for it. We are using it for monitoring all our servers, the CPU, memory and storage monitoring helps us in keeping our server health good. Further, it also helps you know the availability of the server, whether it is up or not. Network packet monitoring can also be done and helps in getting to know about the packet loss if any.
Overall: OpManager is very useful. The real time monitoring, centralized dashboard and alert mechanism are its core properties. Dashboards are easy to understand and can be customized. Technical tickets can be raised for any issues and turn around time is also good from ManageEngine team. Altogether a great product.

Pros: ManageEngine OpManager provides real-time monitoring across environments. It Offers comprehensive coverage of servers, switches, routers, virtual infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V), NetFlow data, and more. ManageEngine OpManager come with Affordable pricing & scalable plans.
Cons: There are no negatives in OpManager but some time there were issues in alerts. Some time we feels Alert latency.
Overall: We are using ManageEngine OpManager from last 3 years, and its became backbone in our infra in monitoring. Its real-time dashboards, RCA tools, and breadth of device and flow monitoring are significant strengths.

Pros: 1. We are using OpManager for managing and monitoring our network devices. Dashboards are helping us in understanding if there are any issues with any of our network or hardware devices.
2. It is easy to use, has lots of features. Reports are helping us in understanding the compute required for devices so that the devices can work as expected.
3. We have deployed it on server for monitoring all the network segments. Real time monitoring helps in debugging faster and help us in pointing to exact place where the issue is.Cons: No cons as such. OpManager is a very easy to install and is a reliable product. For odd hours monitoring we have configured alerts, so that whenever there are issues at night time or so we get alert mails. We are using it to check bandwidth usage, network packet drops, firewall monitoring, for checking routers, switches and more.
Overall: I would recommend others to try ManageEngine OpManager for having a centralized view of all your systems and devices. You can also monitor the server resources and consumption patterns. The CPU, memory and storage can be checked on daily basis for all servers and if there is any high consumption found, actions can be taken accordingly.
