Pros: I had an excellent experience chatting with NOBONITA from the MailBluster support team. She was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. She understood what I needed right away and made sure everything worked perfectly. She cares about customers and knows the system inside out.

Employees like her make a real difference. I strongly recommend giving her a raise or promoting her to a managerial position—she’s already working at that level.

Cons: If there’s one small thing to mention, it’s that she takes her time to make sure every detail is right. Some might see that as slow, but I see it as thorough and dedicated service.

Overall: Best buy email marketing at scale and at a cheap cost. Great tool if you are AWS user, and you have access to Amazon SES.

Pros: What I like the most is how fair the pricing is. You can use your own SMTP or Amazon SES, which saves a lot of money. The interface is clean and simple, not bloated or full of upselling like many other email tools. I also really appreciate that you can manage multiple “Brands” under the same account, each with its own billing. The support team is super friendly and the setup guides are clear and easy to follow.

Cons: The contacts (or “Leads”) section could be more efficient or a bit redesigned — it works fine, but it could be smoother to navigate. I’d also love to see a few nice, ready-made email templates and maybe a more detailed knowledge base with clear step-by-step guides for regular users or my employees.

Overall: MailBluster is simple, powerful, and very fair. It does what it promises without trying to sell you extra stuff you don’t need. It’s perfect for anyone who wants solid email marketing without all the noise.

Cons: It does not have a built-in SMTP server, we have to use amazonSES for that.
