    Pros: Ease of use, syncing to all platforms, payout terms, really responsive customer support that always helps

    Cons: Hard to see listings on secondary exchanges consistently, does not push to my owned accounts

    Overall: I started using Lysted a few years ago and really enjoyed my experience. I tried out another POS in the meantime but ultimately came back to Lysted as it is a superior platform.

    Pros: makes the entire Lysted website a little bit faster than it was. visual mapping for repricing is handy

    Cons: lots of bugs. manual fulfillment errors, dead links to secondary. many listings are not being mapped on stubhub, causing a decrease in sales volume.

    Overall: overall i think this will be for the best once all the bugs are worked out. but it is frustrating now

    Pros: Fulfillment automation, although daunting when setting up, was fairly straightforward. I generally haven't had an issue with it.

    The markup is fair for getting the tickets posted on all marketplaces without the potential for overlapping sales.

    Cons: Will not directly import my tickets. If I want an import I need to manually contact support. Probably more on third party than Lysted themselves.

    Not quite easy to monitor pricing per site, you need to go to the downstream systems to really understand what your tickets are priced at.

    Overall: Customer support is great. They've been quick to respond to help issues, even though I am a low volume customer. Would like to see a bit more improvement on the UI, and clearer indications of what all the options do, but they do have an extensive knowledge base covering the site.

    Pros: Lysted hits a variety of resellers that’s why I like to use the site for ticket sales. Also, customer service is good and fairly personal, not automated.

    Pros: Pretty straight forward to use and selling isn't difficult either. Their support it very responsive and pretty quick too so from platform to support, I'm content and have had nothing but positive experiences.

    Cons: Sometimes to sell GA and create a listing can be hard to identify a "seat" for it.

    Overall: Nothing but good things, no negative experiences thankfully. Lysted has gotten bigger and bigger so it's good they cut it to only the amount of people they can support for the time being too.

    Pros: Very easy to use. I like that my tickets are listed on multiple sites but I only have to go through the process of listing them once. My tickets have always sold.

    Cons: Would be nice to be able to see/know how your tickets are shown/listed on each site so you can know if your asking price is competitive with other listings on that site.
