    "Can't access my data and support is non-existent"

    Pros: I used it once 2 years ago but now there is an error. So there are no Pro's, nothing. I can't even use it.

    Cons: Support was non-existent and the product didn't work. They access all your financial and sales data but don't even take the time to reply to an email.

    Overall: I contacted support as I had an error page requesting me to do so. They got back immediately with a request for info which i supplied. Then nothing. Crickets. I emailed them another 4 follow-ups but never heard anything from them. I emailed the parent company, Viral Launch, but no response from them as well. I get it, its free but why bother having software that doesn't work. My suspicion is that they farm the data from connecting with your account and use it for other purposes. It's the only thing that makes sense as they need access to all your selling info and financial data. Very shady and left me with zero trust in Viral Launch which I was looking at also using.
