    Pros: In a world of stagnation, the team at Lionize is serious about its business and maintaining relations.

    - Competitive Platform Pricing

    Cons: The cons were addressed after the new CTO came in and revamped the platform significantly.

    They could use an extra customer service rep.

    Overall: My experience working with Lionize has been great, lasting almost two years. I started working with Chris (CEO) and his team when they had just rolled out their MVP, and through my time working with them, I met a fair amount of the team. I have recommended Lionize to my friends and associates running businesses looking for influencer exposure and will continue to do so.

    Pros: Never found one. Were constantly assured they could get us customers, drew out the promises endlessly when it was obvious this marketing plan wouldn't work for our company.

    Cons: Staffing issues were terrible, constant revolving door of support people. Spent months trying to fine tune the message, didn't get one customer during the entire process. Complete waste of money.

    Overall: Really not impressed. We contacted several influencers through the platform but they didn't follow the requirements, didn't get 1 customer after months of working with Lionize to tweak the offering, change the products we were focusing on, etc. Was told that if we held on for another couple months they would refund the monthly fee if it still didn't work, which it didn't. After we requested the refund, it was denied because we "Cancelled the contract early". Lots of staff changes and our contact that we had at the end was out for extended periods with us just waiting for him to update the platform with the requested changes, wasting even more of our time. Influencers (at least for our campaign) were lower level, they never were able to get us good matches that really focused on our target market. Total waste of time and complete failure.
