    Pros: Keyword Thesaurus / View & Download rights can be set differently / Publish-Unpublish in a click / User management.

    Cons: Web Admin interface is sometime not very intuitive / Indexing in Google Image can be improved.

    Overall: LightRocket is a reliable and cost effective solution for us. Photographers operating from many of our events, use it to communicate their work with us. This is especially useful when you have to deal with local photographers with no dedicated team on site. We enjoy the ease of use and the fact that there is almost no learning curve for basic operations.

    Pros: - We love its easy navigation with the user.
    - The integration with our platforms.
    - Maximum performance under pressure.
    - Possibility to share our files in real time with staff, stake holders and partners.
    - Cost benefit and return on investment.
    - The constant evolution of the tool.
    - The database, maintenance and search engine function.

    Cons: No Cons, maybe I we may need more daily time to experiment with all valuable features of the tool.

    Overall: This tool has helped us to put an order and coherence in all our photographic archives, we have assets of more than 100 years and we are still increasing the possibilities. We have also exploited the tool to the fullest, especially when we work during our international events, our photographers and volunteers can have direct access to the platform regardless where they are geographically located in the world. by the other hand our editors can see their contribution in real time and immediately access to the final images.

    We have put the tool to the limit and it has never failed us in key moments.

    The technical support behind scenes always has been there to help us with questions and new ideas to improve the experience of our users.

    Pros: Easy integration into our environment, easy navigation and user interface, great customer support.

    Cons: Archives management and folder structure to be reviewed (our future enhancements).
