Anyone that wants to buy, sell, exchange and manage crypto in an app
About Ledger
Buy, sell, exchange and manage your crypto in one single app. Securely. 27 coins and more than 1500 tokens supported. A hardware wallet is a cryptocurrency wallet which stores the user's private keys (critical piece of information used to authorise outgoing transactions on the blockchain network) in a secure hardware device. The main principle behind hardware wallets is to provide full isolation between the private keys and your easy-to-hack computer or smartphone. At Ledger we are developing hardware wallet technology that provides the highest level of security for crypto assets. Our products combine a Secure Element and a proprietary OS designed specifically to protect your assets. Ledger hardware wallets empower you with the ownership and control of your private keys.

"Ledger just committed suicide " Posted 2023-06-03
Pros: >Great user interface (UI).
>Great amount of coins supported.
>Good look and feel.
>Decent customer/tech support.Cons: >Ledger just committed suicide by allowing backdoors into their software in partnering with a 3rd-party company to "store" your private keys. I can no longer take this company seriously.
>Not open-source, so not as trust-worthy as all other open-source options.
>They don't have great customer/tech support (in the rare instance that you would need it) in comparison to say Keystone wallet, but it's decent.Overall: Was great, pretty much the best, but they've been hacked once already (names and addresses of all their users), and now this latest suicide mission they've gone-on.
