Pros: Very responsive sales team and support teams. Always ready to help and suggest improvements. Help a lot with local procurement of components and customs clearance for components purchased outside.

Cons: We experienced 2 outages in this DC: 1 related to power loose, the second one to badly planned uplinks change. Uptime is these months was really bad, but good thing that Maxihost team made everything to get infrastructure online back as soon as possible.

Overall: There are technical issues and not perfect design, but it's compensated with customer faced and very professional team.

Pros: I like the Maxihost Hosting overall. The team created a great process from the first configuration steps to level when it comes to scaling your servers no matter where and the quantity. It is pleasure to work with the team who are focused on the highest level of service in each step ( servers delivery, configuration, support, payments)

Cons: I would add more EU (NL, DE, FR, and other high demanded countries).

Overall: We've been working for 2+ years from their first location in Brazil and scaling our locations along with their business growth. I recommend Maxihost Bare Metal for anyone who is looking for a reliable partner from the earlier beginning of your business.

Cons: Change dashboard/panel too much and release it incomplete.
API is missing billing endpoints so you can't automate accounting.
You can't easily find the price charged for an individual service.
Struggle to recreate custom deploys if a new deploy has not been done for a few weeks.
Can sometimes "downgrade" the overall specification when releasing new generations of hardware, leaving you no specification to move onto with new orders.

Overall: I have been working in this industry for long enough to know what to expect from a provider; Maxihost as a whole excels and goes above and beyond what you expect.

Cons: More Locations would be nice, Whilst Maxihost offers some nice exotic locations like SÃO PAULO and SANTIAGO having some Europe options would be useful.

More Hardware variants Would love to see some Ryzen CPUs.
