Pros: Multi-device syncing is excellent! Use it on phone, laptop, and tablet seamlessly. Everything syncs automatically - contacts, messages, call history. Can start a call on computer and finish on phone. True flexibility to work anywhere!
Cons: Occasional sync lag, but nothing major. Battery drain on mobile.
Overall: Really satisfied! Switch devices constantly throughout day. Syncing reliable. Essential for my workflow. Very happy!

Cons: Video calling would complete the remote toolkit. Time zone handling could be better. Still KrispCall deserves 5 star for its service.

Pros: okay so setup literally took 25 minutes total. signed up got numbers configured ivr set up forwarding added team members tested everything done. no waiting for provisioning. no tech support calls. no implementation consultant. just clicked around and it worked. same day we were live.
Cons: some features need higher tiers. would like discount for yearly commitment option. pricing could be better if committed.
Overall: Way better than expected. Services they provide is reliable with good features. Plus point is that price is affordable.

Pros: What I like about KrispCall is that it is easy for anyone to use, call quality is acceptable also SMS is handy for quick messages. This is affordable for small, mid and large scale businesses.
Cons: Nothing major but app should be updated with some advance features.
Overall: Pretty satisfied with everything so far. Saves us money on phone costs. Does daily tasks just fine. Would recommend people try it out.

Cons: Felt slightly fast paced in the first session until I found a rhythm that actually worked for me.

Pros: It's really nice being able to see who's already on calls so we don't transfer clients to someone who's busy. Transferring calls between team members is super smooth - never had anyone get dropped. Shared contacts work well so everyone has access to the same client info. Overall it keeps our team coordinated which is huge for us.
Cons: Missing some advanced features that bigger teams might need.
Overall: If you need basic team coordination features, this definitely covers it. Nothing crazy fancy but it helps our small team work together way better than before. Perfect for teams like ours.

Pros: Every call gets recorded automatically which is amazing for training our team. Audio quality is clear and it's super easy to find old recordings when we need them. Included in the price too which is great.
Cons: Can't add tags to recordings. Would love transcription for calls, not just voicemails.

Cons: scheduling messages could be better. character limits are a bit restrictive. would love mms support.

Pros: Call routing works exactly as configured every single time — the right person gets the right call without any manual intervention or frustrating misdirects.
Cons: Everything is just perfect, nothing went bad until now.
Overall: My old provider’s call routing was maybe eighty percent reliable, and that sounds fine until you are the twenty percent who get missed or misdirected. KrispCall has not made a single mistake with call routing since I got it set up correctly. That’s honestly all I ever wanted, and it took a change of providers to get it.
