Pros: I love that it can handle many blockchains and CEX's, the pricing is good. And also the customer support is amazing.

Cons: Maybe that it still has some issues with some relatively unknown chains (that have their own quirks like being able to pay gas in stable coins,...) , but it's understandable given the amount of chains they support.

Overall: Great, I recommend using it or at least trying it. It can handle many blockchains and CEX's with very few issues.

Pros: Just really amazing support with complicated Defi and NFT transactions, above and beyond what one would expect.

Cons: Still early days for NFT and Defi transactions so requires a fair bit of manual adjustment.

Overall: Honestly, I was blown away by the support from Artjoms at Koinly, countless messages back and forth with very tricky transactions were able to get the job done.

Pros: I find the Crypto Tax Reporting a bit complex and using Koinly and especially their Support Team has make it much simpler.

Cons: Sometimes it took longer to get a response, but I understand that there are a TON of people looking for support and expertise. At the end of the day, they ALWAYS came through.

Overall: Overall, I will continue to use this product as it definitely meets my needs and is the simplest system out there for Crypto Taxes.

Pros: As a tax professional, I really love using Koinly’s service for my crypto clients! And whenever there’s an issue, the support team is very responsive and helpful! I’d very highly recommend Koinly!

Cons: On one occasion I did receive an unfamiliar error message, but the team was very quick to resolve it!

Overall: High ratings for customer service, the software, the tutorial videos to help generate API keys. The list goes on - they’ve been great!

Pros: Expert Service, Wallet Synchronisation, Tax Reporting, Free Trial Longevity, User Interface, Performance, Availability.

Cons: Transaction search facility by contract is missing, transaction filtering could be improved, version control.

Overall: I've been using Koinly for over two years and have extensively tested other competitive platforms. Without a doubt, Koinly surpasses them all by a wide margin. Pros: Easy to setup.
Handles transactions between own wallets.
Handles dated values from tokens and FIAT.

Cons: Don't support native Cardano NFTs. Must be manually mapped.

Overall: I would recommend Koinly when you are delivering taxes since this is a heavy task to keep track of.

Pros: Koinly went out of their way to add an exchange that I had been using so I could report my tax. Really fast response and super helpful. Best customer service I've had anywhere. I can't imagine how hard it would be to calculate your tax return without it. Support is brilliant.

Cons: I guess that the exchange had to be added but things are changing fast.

Overall: Best out there. I found them really fast and responding. Gave me all the answers I needed. Kept me informed.

Pros: Jack and Jackson shine through with excellent support, fast to respond, in depth, and solutions-based all the way!

Cons: Koinly is not always intuitive the navigate but the support staff know their product well.

Overall: Jack and Jackson go above and beyond to efficiently help move the ball forward and are always keen to share their insights and take action.

Pros: Everything. This product and team are absolutely amazing. I haven't tried other platforms and I also don't need to. The product comes highly recommenced to anyone in the cryptoverse. Thanks Koinly team.

Cons: Would like to see support for a few more chains.

Overall: The product is user friendly. When I need support the Koinly team are amazing at resolving. To date I must have had about 30 inquiries for which they have solved every single one. I literally cant fault these guys. Would be awesome to see more support on a few other chains but I also appreciate given the size of the cryptoverse I may be asking a lot. Koinly supports 99% of my requirements. Thank you Koinly and team.

Pros: Easyinterface, has all important Informations ready, easy to connect exchanges and Wallets. Tax report ready to use.

Cons: More analysis und reports by exchanges would be a plus.

Overall: I bought it for tax purposes and it fulfilled my expectations in all areas. More analysis tools would be nice to make the product more as an all in one Tool for tracking.

Pros: Simple and yet very comprehensive.
Amazing customer service is great. Jackson worked with me and followed up multiple times until the issue was resolved.

Cons: Doesn't interface with TradeStation, which was one of the exchanges I used.

Overall: As good as any I have used. Simple, interfaces with most exchanges, and inexpensive compared to other apps.

Pros: I really appreciate the immediate respond from Representative Ali for taking care of my issue. Truly quality customer service, just another reason why I will continue to use Koinly services in the future. Thank you for all that you do.

Cons: 8 would suggest that the system not automatically produce aggregated on form 8949.

Overall: Fully satisfied with Quality Customer Service and very quick respond! Will recommend to family and friends.

Pros: Koinly has an easy to use, very intuitive website. They integrate with a number of exchanges via API which reduces the number of CSV exports you need to make to get the transaction data into Koinly. The support staff is responsive and helpful. Koinly is very reasonably priced.

Cons: The only area I'd like to see enhanced - if its even possible - is if they could integrate with more mining pools. I haven't looked to see if any of their competitors have done this, and so it may not even be something that can be done.

Overall: Tax records for crypto are complex and annoying, Koinly makes the process much easier. It is a great product, at a good price with friendly people.

They also wrote back and forth by email with more info that was helpful in my situation but I didn’t know to ask for. Supreme customer service. Koinly also integrated easily with wallets and exchanges that CoinTracker could not. I’m a huge fan now!

Cons: No cons yet…not sure about pricing on tax software yet.

Pros: Fantastic product, and the customer service is beyond helpful, they have saved me so much time and I am very grateful to them. Artjoms and Anakin really went beyond expectations by putting in a ton of effort to make my tax return flawless.

Cons: I cannot come up with any cons because they are perfect.

Overall: Fantastic, both in terms of the product and the customer service. By far the number one in their field.

Pros: The design of the application itself + the level and quality of support+ ease of entering information and adjusting parameters if necessary.

Cons: It is not always possible to identify yourself to enter the resource the first time. On weekends, sometimes I see a delay in automatically updating the database through the API.

Overall: I never cease to be amazed at the ease of use of the application itself and the quality of the responses of the support staff. You can be sure that any of your questions will be qualitatively worked out within one day! Koinly is the best resource I've found on the market and one of the few times I don't mind taking the time to write a review.

Pros: Easy initially.
Works well with Binance, eToro and other exchanges.

Cons: Zero support from the team.
Revolut Sync works only for a few weeks back.
Revolut Import from the file pulls generic data, which needs to update manually.
Similar issues on the "help" website without any replay going back years.
Expensive.

Overall: Good design, easy to use, but the team must be more proactive with communication with clients.

Pros: Fantastic software saved me when it came to completing my tax return didn't realise the profit & losses and number of actual transactions I had completed. I would not of never been able to tabulate this information for the HMRC due to the complexity of the transactions.
Where I had a question Koinly were very efficient/helpful and were able to guide me on how to resolve.

Cons: You had to purchase the software but then it was worth every penny.

Overall: Fantastic don't know what I would have done if i had not found this software.
You don't realise the number of transactions/profit/loss/value of capital invested until you run the program which is so simple and easy to use.

Pros: Thank god I had Koinly in 2022! This is the only world class Indian Income Tax (Plus many other countries ) enabled system for calculating crypto P&L, and I was lucky to find it. Further luck was to get help and friendship of dear Javier who is one of the subject matter expert there! He took exceptional pain, and went out of the way to help me file returns just in time, on new years eve! IT was a very value for money proposition for me.....great going. One suggestion Koinly team ... add real time multi wallet real time tracking service ....that will again be a life saver.

Also wallet to wallet transfers need more precise since i was getting costing error.

Overall: Great experience ....which with the teams proactiveness will hopefully get more smooth over time. Few wallet integration were not precise at API level, and had to be reloaded with the csv. (E.G. - WazirX, CoinDCX). Wallet to wallet transfer detection needs to get better.

Pros: I always get incredible service and the cost is incredible! The answers are always professional and helpful! What a pleasure working with Koinly representatives.

Cons: None. There are no negatives and simply put what an easy company to work with.
