    "Klok Support - or the lack thereof"

    Pros: Software is pragmatic and functional.
    Price is right.
    Interface is good with reporting being super easy for transition to external systems.

    Cons: The lack of responses from Support.
    Several queries (emails) have been left unanswered.

    Overall: The product as a whole is good but the TOTAL un-responsiveness or acknowledgement from their Support team is frustrating to say the least.
    We now cannot use our software (which is the paid version) as there is a licence transfer issue.
