    "Never could get to work"

    Pros: It would be nice if it worked. I really would have liked the ebike for my work commute but after trying 5 times I really don't have anymore time to mess with it. The chat bot was no help at all

    Cons: Does not work with amazon. After trying 5 times and consulting their chat bot I had to give up

    Overall: Frustrating . Never did get it to work even though I was pre approved had to use affirm to make my purchase
