    "Terrible experience - very finicky"

    Posted 2023-11-07

Pros: - It is decent when it works, but it feels like a lottery at times.
    - Recording quality is pretty good.
    - Interface is easy to use

Cons: - Expensive - there are much better platforms that offer more features and stability for less.
    - Customer support is terrible - One time the app would not record my feed at all, and I had to switch to another platform, this was a big inconvenience for me. I tried getting in touch with customer support and they took forever to solve the problem, and did not offer any refunds or discounts for the failure of the product.
    - unstable and unreliable - sometimes my recordings get stuck in processing for hours, or never get processed - nuff said, if they can't fix this they might as well just close shop.

Overall: Terrible. With so many better options out there, just do yourself a favor and go with someone else and relief yourself of future frustrations.

    "Unreliable"

    Posted 2022-10-04

Pros: The only pro is that I've stopped using it as a result of the litany of issues that I experienced when doing so.

Cons: It doesn't actually do what it says. Every time you record, it's a lottery as to whether you'll end up with the footage, the audio or the image. Simply joining the room and getting people's video and audio working is a car crash and it gets worse from there.

Overall: Dreadful and not something I'd recommend to anybody. The only thing worse than their platform is their support.

    "Doesn't work"

    Posted 2021-08-17

Pros: There's little to be positive about. It's not fit for purpose. Sometimes the recordings just stop, other times it appears to have been recorded but then the audio or video is missing. It's cost me a lot of time and money and I would avoid it at all costs.

Cons: The purpose if this app is to provide high-quality recordings of interviews but it fails to do that reliably - in effect, it doesn't work.

Overall: For an app that claims to provide quality recordings, its totally unreliable. The concept is good but the app is severely lacking. It doesn't deliver what it promises and I wouldn't use it for anything important.
