Interpreter IO is a comprehensive interpreter management system with extensive capabilities in our interpreter management and translation management software modules. We simplify the end-to-end process from booking through to invoicing and payment of interpreters. Interpreter IO is being used in hospitals, courts, government and language services providers. We are 100% cloud-based software as a service and therefore clients can start getting benefits immediately. Agencies choose to use interpreter.io for a variety of reasons. Some translation companies receive requests for interpreting services. Where there is a small number of requests an ad-hoc, manual process can be sufficient to manage the interpreters and the clients. However, as volume increases these manual processes are insufficient to manage the full end-to-end process of interpreter management.

    "The best solution for high volume interpreter management"

    Pros: Supports distributed team (cloud software is a necessity in Covid times).
    Extensive capabilities.
    Real time viewing of status.
    Includes advanced capabilities for onsite, telephone and video interpreting.
    Flexibility - We can update many aspects of the system without needing any programming.
    Accessible by clients and interpreters as well.
    Audit trail.
    Great reporting - we can drag and drop to create our own reports.

    Cons: Hard to keep up with the new capabilities being offered.

    Overall: Highly recommend Interpreter IO for any language services provider who provides (or is entering the market for) interpreting services.
    I am the Operations Manager and my team handle between 5,000-10,000 requests per month.
    This is a true enterprise interpreter management software solution.
    The system was suitable for us when we were smaller and it continues to support our growth.
