About Inspekto
The Inspekto system combines a unique electro-optical system with innovative AI technology to provide a visual quality inspection solution that is versatile, extremely easy to use, adapts to changes in the production line, and requires no machine vision expertise. Only 20 to 30 good samples are required. Bad samples are optional, not mandatory. The system can be installed on the production line, either end-of-line or mid-line and fully integrated with PLC or MES/ERP systems. This makes it great for the inspection of incoming goods or the final quality inspection of finished products. Out of the box, Inspekto can inspect plastic injection molding, metal casting, coating, mechanical assembly, surface anomalies, incoming goods, and packaging and labeling. It handles parts fed in-line, as well as integrated with robots. Training Inspekto’s AI on a part is easy: just mark the inspection regions with a few clicks, add 20 good parts, done.
