Pros: It's good for price honestly. Used for more than 1 year with highest tier and still satisfied but their support is worse

Cons: Shady altogether. No proper support are you serious?

Overall: WORSE WORSE WORSE. Paid the highest tier, it charged me but they are now not renewing it, nor refunding or responding

Pros: Absolutely love how intuitive it is to use. really makes it so hands off after it scrapes it all. they really thought out the step by step process.

Cons: Not really much to dislike, but maybe there could be more automations.

Overall: Overall it helps me completely automate my LinkedIn outreach so that I can spend my time on other high ROI tasks.

Cons: Only 5 requests can be sent for free account, should be at least 10.

Pros: Ease of use. Its so easy to use the tool and I just love it. Its good for networking and nurturing and thats why I love it.

Cons: No cons as of now just feel that that UI could have been a bit better.

Overall: Overall I just love the product its easy to use. have good features and functionality and easy to adapt as well

Pros: It saves me a ton of time with initial connection requests and a few follow ups so people don't fall through the cracks. It isn't complete automation (doesn't reply to replies), but that's okay... it starts the process which is super helpful!

Cons: I wish they had a more robust dashboard that shows who has been sent which message, and stats of how many people replied to the initial outreach message. It would also get great to have a pause button to pause on certain days.

Overall: InTouch does a good job at helping to make initial connection requests to start conversations and doing followup!

Pros: Features are okay and design, but could be friendly for people who are neurodivergent. You guys could really benefit from a DEI expert like me to come in and change this for the better.

Cons: PRICING SUCKS. In a world where there are so many programs, there are not programs that are made for people of all abilities.

Cons: he new LinkedIn AI algorithm does detect chrome extensions and this tool is no exclusion, so i am afraid on that part but still happy

Overall: Intouch has been a great tool for leveraging connections! I was able to drastically expand my network with little effort. This tool has been a huge factor in my job app process, allowing me to network with people working at companies I am interested in. Support was also very responsive and replied back to me within a day. Would recommend to anyone looking to increase their LinkedIn connections!

Pros: InTouch allows me to double my prospecting efforts with ease. I choose a target audience through Sales Navigator and InTouch does the rest.

Cons: I love InTouch! The only downside is that Linkedin limits the number of weekly connection requests.

Overall: InTouch allows me to work smarter, not harder. While I work the phone or send out emails, InTouch targets my audience through Linkedin.

Pros: This is an awesome way to get new Linkedin contacts! It’s like a game. Of course, you can copy-paste all those messages easily, but when you add the amount, then it gets complicated, and not so fun anymore. Intouch is a very easy and intuitive plugin to use. Installation was so easy, too

Cons: I'm a little bit nervous because my connection request message became visible to messaging view. Usually, you never see those messages when connecting manually, I guess. it's frustrating that you have to keep the browser tab open when to use, which means all days.

Overall: Nice pieces of marketing tools. As a start I was a little bit nervous, is this ok, what’s gonna happen, can I control the thing? But the plugin is so easy to use and all hints very helpful and in the right place, I just started!

Pros: Ease of use, straightforward user interface, flexibility to run different campaigns, does what it should do.

Cons: A bit of a lack of additional functionality (e.g. messaging without connecting, sending InMails). A list view with edit function for imported contacts (to make corrections) and a possibility to define salutation (Mr/Ms) would be important in German-speaking countries.

Overall: Very easy to operate yet powerful tool for LinkedIn prospecting. Unfortunately it is a bit expensive for the full version given the fact one is limited to 100 connections per week now by LinkedIn.

Pros: Automation is super easy to set up and flexible. You can set up the pre-populated messages and follow up with flexible adjustment in the body of the message to make it more personal.

Cons: Free trial has too limited connection but it is pretty easy to set up. Good thing that there is not a whole lot of learning curve here.

Overall: Pretty great tools for prospecting and connecting with others. Almost no learning curve needed. Pretty simple and it just works.

Cons: Not easy to upgrade. I wanted to upgrade my account to reach more contacts, but the steps don't allow this.

Overall: Love it. It acts like my personal assistant robot to manage all my campaigns on LinkedIn. I use it on a daily basis. It made my marketing outreach much simpler.

Pros: Easy to set up and use. I like that the software works in the background so I can continue to work on other tasks.

Cons: I have to leave LI open to let it run... you can't minimize the tab.

Overall: GREAT! I've not had any problems and I haven't had to call support. I would highly recommend InTouch to my friends.

Cons: The screen is a little big and I have to move it around to see the screen behind or the lower part of the extension.

Overall: This tool makes my life easier, I can still check all the profiles to see if the profiles match what looking for and then the app does the rest by itself! amazing app

Cons: Got flagged quickly by linked in, unable to cancel- no one will respond.

Overall: With absolutely no support or anyway to cancel, I feel like this is a bait trap- product works, but gets flagged by linkedin and you can't cancel.

Pros: This software tool enables you to automatically ask second and third tier contacts to join your LinkedIn network.

Cons: The initial instructions I found challenging to follow but I worked it out in the end.

Overall: In summary, the time saving features plus the ability to grow your network quickly was well worth the price paid.
