Hour Timesheet

Pros: Hour Timesheet is simple to use and provides all we need to be DCAA compliant. Having access to an app as well makes it very convenient. Customer Service responds quickly and is efficient.

Cons: That you can't remove or hide employees that are no longer with you from the timesheet review list.

Overall: It's been a very good experience. We have not had any issues that were not quickly rectified and typically were user error.

Pros: It works well and keeps the employee information together for reporting, payroll, and my employee timekeeping. I do like it over the other previous employee time-keeping software I have used.

Cons: The mobile app from the manager controls side could use some more features but that is just me being picky. I can easily log in from a web browser to my account to review a time card.

Overall: It works well and is simple to use for my employees and simple and streamlined as a manager. It is a major improvement over the last employee time card software system I used. It also integrates well with my QuickBooks to make payroll easy.

Overall: Love using Hour Timesheet. It makes invoicing simple by exporting all of our employees time to QuickBooks. It works reliably every time. Their staff is extremely polite and and are quick to respond to requests.

Pros: We were like looking for a Time & Attendance software tool that was both easy to use and would be user friendly for our employees. We most definitely found that with Hour Timesheet. We signed up for the free trial and where sold soon after. Our employees really like the mobile feature.

Cons: I cannot really find a con here. Their tech support has been great to work with and very attentive to our needs.

Overall: Wonderful experience here! I typically don’t do reviews nor make comments but this one is well deserved. Two thumbs up!

Pros: It was easy to setup and integrate with Quick Books. We love the built in work flow that helps ensure the employees complete their timesheets as required. The leave management feature has really smoothed out the whole leave accruals and usage.

Cons: We have been very happy with the software, so we don't have any cons. We appreciate that Hour Timesheet is continually updating/enhancing the software.

Overall: We have been using Hour Timesheet for 2 years, and it has been a perfect solution for our needs. The software is easy to use and the technical support is first rate.

Pros: We were bidding on a contract for some NASA work and were notified that we would be required to pass a pre-award audit before moving forward. I contacted a sales rep at Hour Timesheet and they had my account synced with my QuickBooks file and configured in less than 2 hours. They were very insightful with the DCAA compliance requirements and took the time to make sure our account was set up properly.

Cons: I have no issues with the software or support services for Hour Timesheet.

Overall: I am very pleased with the features and ease of use of this software. The mobile app was well received by my employees and required little training time to get the software up and going.

Pros: Intuitive and ensures our DCAA compliance for time keeping. We were able to setup everything up in a few clicks of a mouse.

Cons: None that come to mind, we have used the software for over a year.

Overall: The software was easy to setup and integrate with our Quick Books, it is an excellent value. Employees were able to use the system with little instruction.
