    "Great Helpdesk"

    Pros: Great option for a helpdesk. Very simple and easy to use. Works via form submissions for any website.

    Cons: I would prefer if they had a mobile app which they don't.

    Overall: Overall it's a great option and works very easy. I was able to set it up and didn't have any problems.
