    "Great Business System"

    Posted 2023-06-08

Pros: We switched from an older dealer management system. We chose HBS due to their complete feature set, inventory management tools, rental software as well as having accounting integrated throughout.

Cons: Implementing new software is always a process. Some members of our team were slower to adjust to the change.

Overall: From the sales process, to the data integration and onboarding we experienced no issues. Training was thorough for our team and we've been utilizing all the extensive tools offered by this business system.

When we do have issues, the support team is quick to respond and knowledgeable.
