Gym Insight

Pros: I needed a cost-effective product that could allow me to enter data for my clients and bill them every month and Gym Insight fit all of my requirements. After having meaningful conversations about how simple it was and how I could save some money it was a no-brain. One of the features I liked was the door feature, which I haven't used yet, I liked how it would let me know who comes in and out of my facility since it is a 24/7 gym. Another feature I liked was all of the different reports I could look up from Financial reports to who has Access reports and the list goes on.

Cons: I guess the only thing I didn't like was having to check through a third party every week to make sure that the payment went through when using ACH Accounts even though it shows it is confirmed on Gym Insight. I guess its nothing wrong with one more step :0)

Overall: When I needed a program that would handle my everyday needs to run my gym and Personal Training business It met all my requirements. I love the staff they make me feel like family and if I have a problem it gets solved in minutes.

Pros: Customer service is super friendly and helpful! The simple user interface makes it really easy to use. The payment processing and check-in features are amazing, and it's easy to update members.

Cons: None. It’s really great! I found this very useful.

Overall: I love everything about this software, especially the regular updates and new features. It's a good deal for the price, with lots of features. I'm very happy with everything Gym Insight offers!

Pros: Comprehensive all-in-one tool for managing gyms, easy to learn and use. Most importantly, it provides key insights into performance metrics like membership growth, revenue trends, and class attendance: things that gym owners need in order to make data-driven decisions, identify areas for improvement, measure and capitalize on success, and stay in business. The wealth of knowledge they shared with me to enhance my gym management skills was an added bonus.

Cons: I haven’t had any issues. It is working fine for me.

Overall: It’s streamlined a lot of my processes, saved me time and money, minimized mistakes, and made my life easier. If you're looking for an excellent system and exceptional customer service, Gym Insight is the perfect choice.

Pros: I love Gym Insight! It has made managing my gym a breeze. One of the best things is how easy it is to use. Members can easily sign up online, which saves me a ton of time. The digital keycards are also a great feature, makes it convenient for members to access the gym. The support from the Gym Insight team has been outstanding. They are always there to help and answer any questions I have. The staff is truly awesome and goes above and beyond. It’s been a smooth experience.

Cons: In terms of drawbacks, there's honestly not much that I don't like about Gym Insight. However, it would be nice to have more options to customize reports on my own.

Overall: I chose Gym Insight because it offered the best value for the price. It perfectly aligned with my gym's business model and met all my requirements. I switched because I wanted to upgrade to more modern software and provide a better experience for my members. It was a great decision! The customer service team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when I was setting up my first gym. Overall, I highly recommend Gym Insight for any gym owner looking for gym management software.

Pros: I am very happy with the customer support. They always answer my questions quickly. The software itself has many advantages, too. It meets all my needs, works well, and makes training new employees easier than other software I've used before.

Cons: Nothing to report, it really meets all my needs. A while ago there was a report that they didn’t have that I wanted, but I submitted a request and they added it!

Overall: Since switching to Gym Insight, I’ve gone paperless. I’m able work from home when I need to and keep track of so many things so easily. It's much easier and faster for me to handle insurance reports. It’s helped our fitness facility in many other ways. Thank you for making my job easier!

Pros: The user-friendly interface is fantastic. It empowers owners and managers with a wide range of control over their staff. With a recent update, you can now easily assign individual tasks to specific employees and for specific members, complete with deadlines.

Cons: I haven’t had any problems. It’s a great software!

Overall: The program forces you to consistently assess your business from a financial perspective, ensuring you stay on top of your game.

Pros: Excellent customer service, easy to operate system, efficient, constantly updating their software, 100% recommend!

Overall: It’s been nothing but a breeze starting our gym 2 years ago. The staff have been so helpful with quick response rate.

Pros: It is exceptional, outstanding, successful, helpful, and easy to use. Not only is it affordable, but it also offers integrated billing with reasonable fees and excellent customer reviews. The customer service provided by Gym Insight is top-notch, with quick responses to every call and question. They go above and beyond to provide knowledge and support to help you run your gym effectively.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about Gym Insight, and they are continuously improving the software based on user feedback.

Overall: Say goodbye to overpriced and excessive club management software options that don't meet your needs. Gym Insight is the solution you've been looking for!

Pros: One of the standout features of Gym Insight is their unparalleled customer service, always ready to answer calls and address any concerns within minutes. I appreciate how user-friendly and seamlessly integrated the software is for payment processing, customizable memberships, classes, door access, and everything else. The pricing is very reasonable and accurately reflects the value of the product. While there are similar products on the market with similar features, they often come at a much higher cost, which ultimately impacts businesses' expenses and pricing. Additionally, there are no hidden fees with this software. Any additional or potential fees are transparently discussed upfront.

Cons: It could use a few more features, but probably has everything most people need, and they’re constantly adding new features.

Overall: Right from the start, they prioritize their customers' needs and preferences. They don’t make their customers feel obligated to choose Gym Insight, unlike others who attempt to induce immediate purchases with limited-time offers and gimmicks, or try to push unnecessary add-ons. Gym Insight allows the customer to contemplate their decision without any pressure. Additionally, Gym Insight refrains from pushing unnecessary add-ons onto the customer.

Pros: Everything about Gym Insight has not only been easy to use, but also backed with excellent and easy to reach customer service which is why I left my last software company. They have exceeded my expectations in most all areas.

Cons: A couple small reporting functions I am used to are missing (tracking total check ins per member - a little better sales tax reporting would both be nice).

Overall: Definitely a high quality product at a reasonable price. I recommend them anytime someone asks. Glad that I made the switch when I did. The door access alone has made my life much easier.

Pros: Great user support when needed. Easy to navigate through the system.

Like the dashboard summery and access to reports.

Cons: Can't see a person's full payment schedule.

Make it easier for members to get app. When entering the email, the box that used to send the link directly is no longer there.

Overall: Very easy to transition from Mindbody to Gym Insight. We would definitely recommend this software to other facilities.

Pros: Here at Core Fitness Spanish Fort, Alabama we absolutely love Gym Insight's software! When we enroll new members it's quick and simple. Before this program, we often had troubles being dropped during an enrollment causing members to need to start over. It was very frustrating for potential members as well as staff. We have not experienced any of these inconveniences with Gym Insight.

Daily use for staff is easy to understand. We can observe reports quickly and then can move on to other aspects of customer service. I highly recommend Gym Insight for any independent fitness club.

Cons: We have not experienced any real cons which makes us very happy!

Overall: As I said in comparison to our former software company it is leaps and bounds ahead. The ease of use makes it simple for staff who are very experienced with computer usage as well as the occasional novice.
