Pros: IT JUST WORKED. No hassle, no tickets, no downtime. I've been using them ever since and have had NO ISSUES.

Cons: Had a little trouble navigating the plans to get the right plan as a micro business.

Overall: I tried using several providers to ensure I had a stable, dedicated IP in order to RDP to my clients' servers while I travelled overseas as a digital nomad. I tried Hotspot Shield, Express VPN and Nord VPN and in all cases, I could not get RDP started. I spent many hours working through the various troubleshooting guides and working with the help desks of these providers to no avail. I then tried GoodAccess and was completely shocked when IT JUST WORKED. No hassle, no tickets, no downtime. I've been using them ever since and have had NO ISSUES.

Pros: It was less expensive than all the other providers (such as Nord) that we reviewed. The pricing was transparent and once signed up the onboarding of the entire team was simple and quick. It has been super stable - we use it daily for business critical functions and it's never let us down. The app which controls the VPN is great - very simple but effective and clear.

Cons: A lack of an obvious route to the customer service team. Once contact was made however, they were exceptional.

Overall: Very positive, and highly recommended. Excellent and friendly customer service once contact was made. Brilliant product, very stable and well engineered, easy to manage, all the configuration options required.

If you need to use the single IP feature, be aware that per user only one device at the same time can be connected. So we have created one account per user per device, to be sure, that everything works correctly and fine.

Overall: After a cyber attack on our company, we have quickly implemented GoodAccess, to secure our whole infrastructure. Since then we had never trouble again with external IP's who tried to reach our critical network infrastructure and web apps. The setup process was really easy and well documented. We use the essential license and its everything we need.

2. Hardly no interference or downtime - In the 2+ years we have been using GoodAccess the service was unavailable only once.

Cons: The app is a bit old fashioned, more usage data on the app from the data appears on the site would be helpful.

Overall: Since we rely daily on a VPN to connect with multiple connections, the VPN stability is crucial to us. in that sense GoodAccess never fails, very stabile VPN and a very good support back up.
In the past I tried to briefly use ExpressVPN, GoodAccess VPN is more stabile. let alone cheaper (which is a bonus:))

Cons: They don't have 24/7 hr chat service which can be challenging if you need urgent help via chat outside of their chat hour. 9am-5pm CET and only Mon-Fri.

Overall: Overall i have had a good experience since we started using this GoodAccess VPN, we needed it for a static ip and it does that really, well and a bunch of more sophisticated features.

User can self service once added to admin-portal.

Cons: Features included that we do not use, it would be better to pay for the features you need/use.
Price tier not suitable for small teams. We have a small team and the size levels of users can make the price tag a bit a high when you calculate cost per actual user.

Overall: We are super happy with the solution and the way we work at different locations we are completely dependent. Three years of use and we are not looking for a replacement.

Pros: The ease of access and setup. Setting their VPN services up was a simple process and hassle free. We were able to get it up and running without any problems.
Their customer support was also responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to help out in solving our issues quickly and were very helpful.

Cons: The rare occasion disconnects. We have experienced disconnects a couple of times. But then it was often enough to turn us away from continuing to use GoodAccess as our VPN service provider.

Pros: As the admin who deployed this solution and has since remained in charge of all ongoing support of this application, this VPN is simple, with a GUI that even computer-illiterate end users can properly use, with quick and responsive Admin console which makes things very easy to manage, even with our remote users

Cons: This product has been stellar for us for the 2+ years we've been using it so far, with the only "con" to this platform being scaling with the licensing. We waited off on licensing a few users to this platform until we we closer to being able to fully utilize all licenses, as the team licensing has to be purchased in blocks of 5.

Overall: This has been a stellar product as the IT Admin, as this has reduced my time to deployment for both in-house end-users as well as remote deployment with our remote workers. Simple GUI that is intuitive enough most of our end-users have been able to follow initial account setup, desktop app download, and 1st time login with minimal (if any) additional support required from IT.

Overall: We adopted it in our company to used as Static IP.

Pros: We've been using GoodAccess Team VPN for several years and remain satisfied with their service. Our journey with them began during the UK's Covid lockdown, assisting our team to work remotely. We've since transitioned to a hybrid working model and GoodAccess has adapted seamlessly with us.

Pros: This was the only hosted VPN provider we found that allowed us the flexibility to connect our own routers for site to site VPN over the Internet.

Cons: The pricing has increased somewhat lately, but we recognize this as a global inflationary problem and they are still quite reasonably priced in the market.

Overall: Overall we are quite pleased with the level of support and performance of the VPN that we use for 100 sites video conferencing. The latency/jitter and speed are all excellent. GoodAccess customized the solution for our needs and we have not had any issues. There have only been a small number of very minor outages that were resolved quickly. Their support is truly 24/7 when contacting them we get a response right away.

I was amazed to find out that the biggest player in this field have limited amount of available dedicated servers and in limited amount regions.
