It enables users to capture license plate information, vehicle make, model, color, timestamp, and GPS data from both moving and stationary vehicles. Supporting over 38,000 plate types and 230+ vehicle models across Europe, North America, and beyond, Carmen® Mobile ensures accurate identification in diverse environments. The app offers multiple operational modes, including in-motion, fixed position, and parking, to suit various monitoring scenarios. Integration with cloud-based ANPR services facilitates seamless data processing and event uploading to designated servers via FTP or REST API.
