Pros: It keeps everything simple for our guys when they need to get fuel in the mornings. The guys seem to love it.

Cons: I have not had any complaints with the new system yet.

Overall: We have had a great experience with FuelCloud. It creates a central location in the mornings for the crew to meet.

Pros: Simple. Easy to understand and use for users of all ages. Very good customer service. They are quick to respond and help with any challenges.

Cons: None so far. I have only had trouble connecting to wifi. That isn't FC's fault though.

Overall: Very easy to use system and software. The program is very simple, and anyone is able to learn it. The CS team has been very helpful.

Pros: Easy to use. Keeps track of usage and who gets fuel. Dashboard is user friendly. App can be installed on multiple devices.

Cons: Updating fuel cost manually. Fuel provider is using a different system of fuel cloud that can't be integrated, which could streamline the process. The service fee is a little pricey at $250 a month, but the alternative of someone stealing fuel makes up for it..

Overall: Pretty good so far. If the recent fuel information can be updated automatically when the provider brings fuel at current rates, our cost could be more representative of our actual expenses.

Pros: Very simple to setup and use. Keeps our fuel tanks secure and only allows our team with access into the system. The reporting features are great as well!

Cons: Sometimes the app doesn't connect but that is rare.

Overall: Very happy with this product. It has a great ROI and is simple to use. Our team of field workers have no issues when fueling vehicles.

Pros: The app is incredibly user-friendly and simple to use! It has really made the transition from visiting fueling stations to having fuel tanks right in our yard a breeze. Our team of over 50 employees couldn't be happier!

Cons: The cloud data is not aligning with the information in the fuel tanks, and we are consistently receiving low alerts shortly after the tanks have been filled. We have synchronized our cloud data frequently, which has been quite frustrating. The cloud system should accurately recognize the data we input.

Overall: I think it would be great if the staff could show a bit more compassion and really take the time to work through issues instead of just making excuses. It would also be really helpful if they could collaborate with the fuel companies to find solutions, rather than simply telling customers that things are the way they are. It seems like there are quite a few little issues with the system that could be easily resolved!

Pros: We have been using FuelCloud for 2 years. I love the ease of setting up the employees and creating my reports. My reports are emailed to me the 2nd day of every month. Could not be more user friendly.

Cons: So far there is nothing that I can't figure out or call my rep and he helps me figure it out

Overall: 10 out of 10 recommend. You will not regret getting this program.
I have great customer service and speedy response

Pros: Being able to pull up to the pump and activate it without ever getting out and swiping a card is great. Not only is it easier, but it's more secure. You actually physically see a discount right at the pump, there are no service fees for cards, because there are no cards. Tracking of all your different fuels, trucks and employees is a plus. No need to collect receipts, because it's all right on your account and easy to access.

Cons: I haven't found anything I don't like about fuel cloud, except depending on who provides it, you are limited to using certain stations, unless you have your own onsite Fuel station.

Overall: Overall my experience has been great and I'd definitely recommend it to other people. I really like being able to activate the pumps from my phone.

Pros: Fuel cloud made something we have been doing manually so EASY. 10/10 recommend . This is a no brainer for any outfit with more than 1 work truck.

Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this product. It is awesome.

Overall: This has made our life so much easier. User friendly for all admin and staff, wish we would have done it years ago.

Overall: The concept and feature are good, however, if the integrity of the data is unreliable, it has no substance.

Pros: The mobile app is easy to use. When in range, the connection to the CloudBox works great. Gives us peace of mind that we can track who is filling and what is being filled.

Cons: When CloudBox is inside of tin building, connectivity can have connection issues. Usually getting closer resolves the issue.

Extreme cold seems to spark a few minor metering issues.

Overall: Overall, we have had a positive experience with our FuelCloud system. We have a total of 6 locations we run fuel out of daily. As a member of the implementation team and the administrator, it is a very straightforward, easy to use system.

Pros: Super easy to set up and use. Highly recommend! We have only just started using this software to track fuel costs and have found it to be the perfect solution to cost fuel to accurately apply fuel costs to projects in progress. The software was painless to set up.

Cons: To date, we have not experienced any negative qualities with and/or using this product.

Overall: Big or small companies trying to accurately keep track of fuel costs, this is the way to go! We are beyond pleased.

Pros: I am the administrator for the FuelCloud program at a plumbing & HVAC company, which uses many vehicles to transport our employees to and from job sites, as well as various gas-powered tools for things like excavations. The availability of gas as well as at a lower price than if using traditional gas stations helps our company save so much money and time. It has significantly cut down on wasted time, especially in the mornings as employees refuel their vehicles.

Cons: We have had some issues with the user app for our employees, as well as the hardware not being able to connect to the wifi which services the whole property, so should not be an issue but unfortunately is. We did have a bit of trouble getting in contact with support, but once we were able to it was a positive experience.

Overall: Overall, it has helped our company cut down on spending for fuel and preserve time, allowing us to accomplish more in the day. We have experienced some issues, but were able to get in contact with the support team after a while which was communicative and helpful.

Pros: Program is easy to use. Service is always fast and professional. Great company to work with when dealing with a fleet.

Cons: Nothing bad to say about FuelCloud. I have not had any issues that were not resolved quickly.

Overall: Ease of use for drivers and service is exceptional. Great for tracking fuel consumption per vehicle.

Cons: Connectivity issues every once in a while, when using phones/tablets separate from Cloud box tablet.

Overall: Would recommend to anyone with a fuel tank on the facility. Ease of use for administrator and end user is one of the best things. The reporting allows us to dial in on our fuel usage and costs.

Overall: I can give overall experience A. Can not really say anything negative about it. The customer service is fantastic whenever you need help. They are all the time checking in to see how things are going. Overall easy to use and very friendly for even those that aren't computer savvy

Pros: I like the ease of use of the system. It's easy to add/remove/update drivers & vehicles. It's clear to see the activity on the account. The reports that we can run help us to see an overview of it all.

Cons: I don't believe that we've had any issues with FuelCloud.

Overall: Overall, as an administrator, I like the use of the system. And as a company, I know it has helped to reduce (practically eliminate) the number of gas station trips our employees make daily. And it greatly reduces the number of receipts our accounting person has to deal with.

Pros: It helps us control: Who gets fuel, When they can access fuel, and We can limit how much fuel they can pump.
It also keeps track of how much fuel each person pumps for every transaction. It makes it easy to see who is using the most fuel.
It can tell you how much fuel you have on hand.

Cons: It does not monitor how much fuel is delivered. I have to manually enter the quantities delivered.
It is easy to bypass and pump fuel unmonitored.

Overall: It has been a positive experience overall. We did have an issue with the system and Fuel cloud sent a rep out and got it back on.

Cons: I have not experienced any cons since I have started using the Fuel Cloud.

Overall: My overall experience with the system has been a good one and I do not have any complaints. Very user friendly.

Cons: Other than input data when fuel deliveries are made no accurate way to confirm tank fuel level. On numerous occasions fuel supplier not leaving delivery tickets not allowing for accurate fuel tank levels
