"Poor service and attitude" Edited 2022-02-28
Pros: Fruugo is a legit company, offering explicit description of the goods. Their customer service is fairly responsive.
Cons: The responses of the customer service are usually not helpful. In their products description the origin of the goods (China) is usually not mentioned, so the customers might mistakenly believe that the goods are locally produced (or in country with better reputation).
Overall: In my experience, Fruugo is a legit company, with poor service and attitude. The start of my relationship with them is an order of some goods (eye patch). After a couple of days, I started to receive from Fruugo advertising messages. As I am not as much of a spam enthusiast, I tried to find a way to unsubscribe from it, but within the advertising message there was no way to do it, nor was on their website.

After receiving several such spam messages, I managed to contact their customer service, which explained me how to unsubscribe. Unfortunately, all their explanations turned to be unrelated to the reality. I didn’t give up, we had several additional exchanges of messages, and to make a long story short, the last message from them was that they will stop spamming me and that they will add a way to unsubscribe.
The second issue was the time of receiving the goods, which was way too long.
These issues brought me to decide that I will not do business again with Fruugo and that I will add a review on their attitude, to warn other possible customers.
