I also like the Wiki feature because it gives us one place to store policies and project info that anyone on the team can pull up when they need it. The issue tracker is another big plus, it helps us log problems as they come up, assign them, and follow them through until they’re actually resolved. For me, it’s the mix of accountability, organization, and transparency that makes Freedcamp stand out.

Cons: Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike. Every tool we’ve tried has its quirks, but with Freedcamp I haven’t run into anything that feels like a real drawback. The features we use work the way we need them to.

Overall: My overall experience with Freedcamp has been excellent. It’s become the backbone of how we manage projects and I honestly don’t know how we’d stay as organized without it. Cons: Lacks Gantt chart capability at lower tiers. The breadth of tools and different views can be overwhelming for new users, though they provide a lot of customization and flexibility.

Overall: As a small business manager of a nonprofit art supply store, I wear many hats throughout an average work day, as do our employees. I was struggling to track all that was delegated over the course of a day, week, etc. and it was important to me to be able to consider each team member's energy and capacity. I needed a bird's-eye view off all that had been communicated and was in progress, a way to quickly review tasks in progress and projects underway without relying on my memory constantly.  Freedcamp has proved up to the challenge!

Pros: I particularly like the daily email update, which gives me a clear overview of all my to-dos. The structure of the subtasks is extremely clear and makes it easy to keep track of even complex projects. I find the option to flexibly adjust the status of tasks at any time particularly useful—this way, the whole team always knows where we stand.

Cons: There is no real "con". Always when I am looking for any function or missing something, I search for it and find how to applicate in within Freedcamp - because from my point of view it has everything.

Overall: Freedcamp is a great project management tool! Using Freedcamp has changed the way I work on my own and together in the team. I highly recommend it!

Pros: I found Freedcamp to be very intuitive and I love the outlook integration that allows me to save emails as comments to easily find my zoom links or info needed for a project without having to scour my inbox! I tried many other platforms that were much more costly but didn’t integrate as nicely before I settled on Freedcamp. It’s fast, easy, and keeps me organized for sure!

Cons: Mobile app lacks bells and whistles- but has basic functions

Overall: Overall, I found it the best and most affordable option of the many softwares I tried. I will continue to use it well into the future.

Cons: It always takes time to adjust to using a new program. So that was the case when we moved to Freedcamp, but overall the transition was pretty seamless because of how intuitive the platform is.

Pros: I was using the platform intuitively and learned to set up projects in a very short time. it is light and is compatible with many gadget platforms, iOS, and Android. It is convenient to monitor my students' practice, currently, I manage four projects with about over 20 teams. I can monitor parallel projects easily without needing to combine multiple chats from different social messaging platforms.

Cons: There are almost none! If you are using a smaller screen resolution, you only need to make a few adjustments, but you could just use the application for mobile instead.

Overall: Before using Freedcamp, I compared several features with other similar agile platforms, I think the features offered are more competitive than others, subject to the pricing, and the important thing is the time to learn is shorter to set up a project. Surely, a great tool to introduce the powerful SCRUM to everyone.

Pros: Ease of use, has a number of views to suit different people in the team, some need Gantt View, some like Kanban and some use tables. All on the same project.

Cons: None that I can think of. It's been a workhorse that is exactly what I need. Supposed to write Cons but frankly none to say.

Overall: I've used 3 of the top 5 Project Management tools and I always come back to Freedcamp. Support is GREAT and it has mobile version as well as desktop.

Pros: Clear and concise, with plenty of options and no forced use of all features. Great for non tech savvy users. Excellent customer service.

Cons: Some tasks and projects get "lost' and the user needs to go to the home page to find and access them.

Overall: We have used Basecamp and find it overly simple, lacking features, and poor customer service.
Asana is terrible in all aspects, particularly ease of use.

Pros: It's great to track and manage tasks/ projects that the whole team are working on. It's helpful for the team to manage their workload on a day to day basis.

Cons: I don't have any negative points to share at this time. The tool looks basic but does it's job well.

Overall: Simple and easy to use project management tool. Anyone can pick up the basics quite quickly to start managing their workload.

Pros: - free version has great range of functionality.
- free upgrade for non-profit organisations (<30 users) and heavily discounted if >30 users.
- very easy for first-time project management app users.

Cons: - limited options for progress status (Not started, In Progress, Completed).
- not so straightforward to assign a task to more than 1 person.

Overall: A very useful app for small organisations that have many concurrent projects, but do not need the advanced functionality (and advanced cost!) of other project management apps. Also great that the company supports non-profit organisations with sponsored plans.

Pros: 1. Recurring Items - This feature is most commendable. You can customize the frequency with which you want reminders for activities that are recurring
2. Sub-tasks - This feature is like the short-term goals that you plan to make the achievement of long-term goals. Helps to break down a complicated task into easy-to-achieve milestones. And, lo and behold, after you have completed your sub-tasks, your parent task is completed.

Cons: There isn't anything that I find to be cons about the Freedcamp app. I have been using the app for around a year now. In fact it was my previous workplace that introduced me to using Freedcamp and I for it so useful that I introduced it to the team at my current workplace. We are very satisfied with this app.

Overall: Our team is very satisfied with the use of this app. We sincerely appreciate the creators and team managing this app for this wonderful product. Moreover, the user support that is offered is commendable. I highly recommend this app to students and professionals, alike. It will make your life much easier.
