Frazer Auto Dealer Software

Pros: The software is easy to use and there are a lot of tutorial videos on YouTube to help navigate the software.

Cons: Some of the software integration can be complicated to get communication between the multiple websites.

Overall: The experience overall has been good. The communication and customer service has been great! We are still working out setting up the server to be able use the system anywhere.

Pros: This program is so user friendly, I love the ease of info and autopopulate after the VIN is put in. I am also using the program for my accounting. Frazer does everything I need with ease! Cost Efficient!

Cons: It would be nice, if Profit was posted on the Vehicle Category. I do not like having to go into a different screen to see my profit.

Overall: Excellent customer service and User Friendly Program! I would recommend this program to any dealer.

Pros: i like the system a lot. I had no issues so far and when i call customer service heather is a big help . i ben working with Frazer for many years and i love it very professionals.

Cons: I like everything, i just didn't like the updates it changes some things around but you call customer service and they help you.

Overall: Love it. Great service, great system, can't complain helps a lot on our inventory and all get it.

Pros: Excellent software to catalog your inventory and very easy to integrate with websites to upload your inventory hassle free. Everything is pretty hands on and any issues are usually handled very quickly and effortlessly through their help team.

Cons: It would be nice to have more white paper Idaho forms added to simplify the process when writing up a deal.

Overall: I have used Frazer as my car lot computing software for 4 years at two separate dealerships and would highly recommend this product. Just be sure to let them know Fehringer Auto referred you!

Pros: The ease of the program is the best features...they have great customer service as well. I like where it calculates the taxes for you so you can double check that everything is correct.

Cons: I really don't have any issues at this moment.. it's a good program for small used car dealers.

Overall: I love that it is very user friendly and great customer service ..it is really a great program to have if you are a used car dealer...they even can help you manage a buy here pay as well.

Pros: Frazer is user friendly. It is very easy to use. We use Frazer everyday in our office. It makes selling cars easy and fast.

Cons: The only thing is I wish it would carry you straight to ALTS like it did before. I don't like having to leave Frazer to go to ALTS.

Overall: We at Buyer One Inc enjoying using Frazer. It is very easy and user friendly. You can always call the help line if you have a problem.

Pros: Frazer is extremely helpful for all auto businesses for many reasons. The application and customer support are always easy to access and helpful.

Cons: I have never had any issues with Frazer that weren't immediately solved by a customer service representative. No cons come to mind.

Overall: Without Frazer, our business could never run as smoothly as it does now. We're glad we chose Frazer in the beginning and have no plans of ever leaving.

Pros: We use Frazer on a daily bases and every option is a plus for us we could not do business with out it.

Cons: So far we have no cone on frazer so as long as everythind stays like it is were good.

Overall: Overall Frazer has always exceeded more than our limits and if we ever do have any problems they are resolved quick.

Pros: The software is self explanatory and easy to use. Staff is super friendly and is always willing to help on the spot. Whenever i have a small issue they seem to know exactly what to do and get it fixed right away. Highly recommend for ease of use.

Cons: I am located in SoCal and staff is 3 hours ahead of me in their timezone. Not a big deal.

Overall: I would recommend this software to any dealer due to the ease of use and convenience as far as tracking, printing documents etc.
