Pros: FolksHR has been a complete game changer for streamlining our internal processes and workflows. Since implementing it around 6 months ago, we've eliminated nearly all our manual spreadsheets and calendar tracking but centralizing performance management, time away and onboarding. The automations, especially for performance, certifications and onboarding, has removed a lot of the admin bottlenecks that used to slow us down. FolksHR has put the power in the employees hands, and allowed our management team to focus on the employee experience and the people rather than the paperwork. The support from the Folks Team we've received from day one of program shopping to full integration has made the entire process smooth and enjoyable!
Cons: The platform is excellent for day to day operations, though we’d love to see more advanced customization in the reporting module for complex data analysis. Additionally, while it covers all the essentials, the list of third-party integrations is a bit more curated compared to some of the larger global platforms.
Overall: After half a year, we couldn't be happier with our move to FolksHR. The system is intuitive, highly customizable, affordable and an efficient tool that has brought some much needed structure to our daily operations. For any business looking to modernize their processes and gain back some valuable time, this system is a fantastic investment backed by an even better support team!

Pros: I love that everything is on the main page now. Everything you need is right there. As soon as you sign in, all your info is on the main screen that an employee would need to see at first glance. Very user friendly!
Cons: you know what, I love everything about this program. NO cons from where I'm sitting :)

I also appreciated the customer support. When I had questions or ran into something I didn’t understand, even if our HR staff had to reach out to Folks HR, the response came back quickly and was helpful.
