Pros: It has the best interface compared to all the other time management systems that I have used. Also, I really like the categorization of clients, projects and tasks. Also, the option for break, meeting and at work are great. Plus it's free and provides screenshots for with 1 minute intervals.

Cons: Nothing particularly, but if there could be an option to disable quitting the app or if could also capture screen during break sessions for in case if employees are provided with an office device specifically. That could be great. Also, I tried live monitoring option but didn't work quite well, maybe I didn't understand how to use it.

Pros: The fact that FocusRO is a non-intrusive program and doesn't go into too much detail about monitoring. This respects the privacy of our employees.

Cons: The fact that, as administrator, you don't have the option of setting time slots, e.g. determining that the program should start automatically during office hours.

Overall: The program is easy to use, and the reports are easy to understand and analyze. For both users and administrators, it's easy to find your way around.

Pros: As per my title, difficult combination to do but FocusRO figured it out very well. Especially with a lot of people working from home in these difficult days this tool comes in handy. Staff that is often distracted often just require some attention to get them back on track. This tool allows you to catch on early.

Cons: FocusRo needs to be thought what pages are ok for your staff to use. So at the start it requires some attention.

Overall: It is always sensitive to monitor people's activity. I would not have started with a software that would be rejected by the majority of the employees out of privacy concerns. With FocusRO we didn't have that issue, people are ok with it.
