"Horrible platform, poor customer support with lies" Posted 2025-05-27
Pros: I have not been able to get onto Facebook in 7 weeks. The support agent, Sherri, puts off the engineer, now claiming he waited for 20 minutes. I waited, but my email says a phone call is scheduled, so again, more lies. The program is horrible, support is way below average, and the message I get is like invalid JSON.. Any programmer should be able to resolve without the help of the user, as that is a server error
Cons: They outsource their programmers from overseas, so they depend on them for the support, but they seem to lie. no one ever called me
Facebook listing is very slow compared to the others platforms.
they have had a ton of problems since they started chargingOverall: I do not recommend this app until they learn how to support customers. I have lost thousands of dollars in potential sales for Memorial as I couldn't list my stuff on Facebook for local pickups, where I offer 20% off. Horrible company with horrible support. They also boot you from their support group if you post negative about them, clearly they only want positive, horrible business model
