    Pros: Easy connection.
    Error-free.
    Reliable.
    Good screen resolutions.
    Being able to use this software from any workstation, i.e. not home.

    Cons: Not so easy for clients to initiate FixMe.it from their end.

    Important: Cannot use with Mac systems.

    Overall: I find it's hard for my clients to install FixIt on their end to receive my services. You folks need to simplify this process for non-technical clients.

    "Excellent and affordable remote access software"

    Pros: I love the cost of FixMe.IT as well as the speed and accessibility of the remote access software. I have tried several others and cannot find another product at the price or feature level as this one. You can also have an unintended install on servers/workstations.

    Cons: I would like to see remote printing capabilities, Android/Apple support and the ability to use a web-based remote access interface as opposed to an application.

    Overall: I have used FixMe.IT for about a year and have found this remote access solution to be great for my needs as well as my clients. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who need remote access support.

    "Best remote support software I have ever used!"

    Pros: I love the simple interface of FixMe.IT and the small footprint it leaves. It's simple to use and quick to install. I use it daily to support our staff and can resolve their issues remotely using FixMe.IT most of the time.

    Cons: I really have nothing bad to say about FixMe.IT. It gets the job done without being overly complicated.

    Overall: FixMe.IT is a lifesaver! It makes my job so much easier and is very cost effective! Thank you for a great product!
