    "Great until it stopped working and I got no response from the company"

    Pros: It worked really great with the google.suite. I could use premade slides from Google, and use my surface to draw in an app and have it all recorded. It was really nice because I could track my student's viewership. Parents and students couldn't lie and state that they watched the videos, because the app tracked viewership.

    Cons: The program stopped working August 2021. The Chrome store said they removed the app because it had malware in it. When I contacted the company for a refund of the money I paid up from, they never responded. I even sent them a legal notice and they never responded. I'm out my hard earned money and the app doesn't work anymore. What a waste.

    Overall: I'm upset they took my money and ran. It violates my state's laws (UCC) and probably US code that they refuse to refund my money. I don't make a lot of money, I am in a doctorate program, and this pandemic hasn't been great for teachers (mind you, those of us who actually worked during it). I was teaching to kids online and kids in class. It was miserable. Fishbole really helped with that. I could create a video before school, and I didn't have to monitor kids at home (hybrid is the stupidest thing I can think of.... kids at home and school, and I don't teach to the kids at school!) Anyways, I wish they would refund my money so I could purchase another service.
