About FirstComm
Cloud IP PBX provides customers the features of a premised-based PBX without the huge capital expense. Better still, Cloud IP PBX also provides unified messaging, sequential and simultaneous calling. Users will have access to web portals, so they can manager their accounts anywhere Internet access is available. Never again will your employees miss a critical phone call because they walked away from their desk or while traveling. Cloud IP PBX is a cost effective solution for a business of any size. With First Communications, you are assured of having a state-of-the-art platform, without the incremental expense. Your telephone service is your vital connection to your customers, remote and mobile employees, partners, and suppliers. Phone technology has changed more slowly than other communications technology, but now is a great time to look at SIP Trunking technology, which delivers more capabilities at a significantly lower cost than traditional phone services.

"Early termination fees" Posted 2023-11-29
Pros: The phones work. If all you need is to make a phone call then this service will work for you. If you need help with the service, you will be frustrated. In summary, there is no, "we care" at FirstComm.
Cons: Poor customer support is the 1st issue. After the initial setup, it is difficult to find support. The fee is higher than comparable service and regardless of how long you have been a customer, if you don't cancel service in a narrow window if time you either have to stay another year or pay a ridiculous penalty.
Overall: If all you need is dial tone, FirstComm will deliver, if you need customer service, look elsewhere. It has been said that service is dead. I don't believe that, but there are companies such as FirstComm that make you believe that service really is dead.
