Pros: FileWall is easy to implement for administrators and in same time it is easy to use for end users. Great file protection, I have done a lot of testing and all malicious attachments were blocked.
Low price, which makes FileWall available even for small businesses.

Cons: Did not find any disadvantages, solution perfectly meets our needs.

Overall: I suggest FileWall for everyone who is using Office 365 and wants to keep their users protected and save time on administrative effort.

Pros: Ease of deployment / administration as well as efficiency in mail protection.

Pros: For anyone looking for a product that works from the start then this is it. Using the Microsoft App Store to purchase the product and then activation/configuration was just as simple.

Cons: Have nothing bad to say! Do not have any Cons to report at this time.

Overall: This product works with a simple setup and some configuration and once all that is in place, you get results in real-time. If you want something that is easy to configure, easy to understand and does what it says, then look no further.

Pros: FileWall is a very powerful email attachment solution. It is easy to use and the admin interface is very user friendly. It has capabilities that other more expensive solutions do not. The time for propagating new rules is really fast.

Cons: For now I do not have anything to say about the cons of the product.

Overall: It is the best email attachment solution on the market. The support is responding really fast and even admin with little or no experience can manage to implement it.

Pros: This product is efficient, User friendly, easy to setup and easy to manage. Do have nice reporting dashboard to view the sanitized and quarantine items.

Pros: Filewall is a long awaited innovation that help solves the issues with regards to email protection. An exchange online stronghold that help with intensive scanning of all emails and attachment received.

Cons: The solution is limited to exchange online and it should protect all the services within Microsoft 365.

Overall: Filewall is one of the great security tool which is provides malware prevention against Zero-day known/unknown malware attacks for incoming internal and external emails, and it is user-friendly and simple for users , and easy to deploy for IT admins, and the great feature in Filewall, it is very customizable, you can configure policy for each user with specific file extension. I recommend Filewall for all office 365 SMB customers.

Pros: This application is very user friendly. Even a non technical admin can be able to configure the policies for this product. It definitely do the job. It will tell you if the email attachment is safe, blocked or deleted.

Cons: I cant think of anything not to love this product.

Overall: I am very happy with this application. I feel secure that I will not receive any malicious email anymore.

Pros: Very simple initial setup and simple to use for end-users. Our end users really appreciate the notification of message cleansing.

Cons: A very minor browser related issue preventing on-hover notations. I wouldn't hold this against Filewall itself as in my experience it was resolved by changing my web browser.

Overall: FileWall is impressive. Having managed multitudes of clients’ email solutions it is not a matter of if you’ll face an email borne threat but when. My longest days have been spent cleaning up the mess poor email policy and threat protection could have prevented. FileWall adds a layer of protection and offers me peace of mind allowing me to focus on more productive tasks.

Overall: I was looking for robust attachment scanning for my O365 Environment. I purchased ODIX FileWall. I am complete piece of mind. It does its job efficiently. It has easy user interface. Granular control on attachment and file extensions. Good and very competitive product in market.

Pros: Best Product on Security basis. The main feature that as it says is the removing of the the suspicious mail and its contents, Admin Panel is simple and easy. Stats are shown in a very simple and ordered manner. From setup to sensitization on specious mail Filewall is easy to use.
Many types of extension checks (attachments in emails) that while can be include during the checking point of view while we are filtering the suspicious emails. That is best from security basis.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about FileWall as it provides the best at very low cost.

Overall: FileWall is very simple and easy to implement. Admin portal has excellent feature to configure policies for your tenant and gives really good control about every attachment type that comes into organization through emails. Very well designed Dashboard to give insight of all emails received and sanitized by FileWall. I will definitely recommend this product to everyone who is looking for a simple but robust solution for Email security.
Currently it is one of the best products that provides this much features in market , there are no such other products that are as simple and user Friendly as FileWall is.

I am using this Product in my Company I have 20 employees how ever we can effort as it is a cost effective product and easy to handle product.

Pros: I've recommended FileWall to my clients because this product is very simple to use from the perspective of administrators.
There is also no need to educate clients about using this product because it is working his job in the background and clients are noted only if something is not right.

Cons: I have no objections, everything that vendor said in technical documentation is true.
There is always a space for improvement like inspection of encrypted messages which is in pipeline.

Overall: FileWall main feature which make a difference from other similar products on the market is not to deny receiving of suspicious attachments. FileWall will inspect attachment and try to remove suspicious or malicious part of the attachment, and health part will deliver in client mailbox.
With this feature our clients can see that someone, maybe company partner or other client tried to sent a file which other email security solutions would mark as malware.

Pros: Filewall is a necessary security layer along with basic EOP.

Cons: it's only available on the Microsoft Marketplace. Would like to see it available through other channels.

Overall: I was looking for an extra security layer in front of EOP. EOP is not enough to block all infected files and SPAM messages. Filewall was easy to deploy in few clicks. It has more features than Office 365 ATP. I was surprised that the it captured lot of infected attachments and SPAM emails which EOP did not capture.

Pros: User friendly admin center.
Provides email security by scanning attachments.
Customization options available in terms of configuration and settings.

Cons: I expect some additional features to be added soon and should be available for additional services within Office 365 in addition to Exchange online.

Overall: Considering the increased security threats these days specially in terms of malware sent as attachments in various formats it is imperative to have a reliable solution to deal with them in real-time. I have been using solutions like ATP to deal with such security issues but we have still observed some of the attachment types to come through and granular level of configurations and policy changes are not possible in ATP, whereas with filewall my experience is totally different. This is a more stable solution which doesn’t have any dependency on other tools and can work in parallel along with other solutions you have for email filtering. This tool is far more user friendly and easy to administer. You can configure FileWall within 5-10 minutes and can start using it.
