    "FastWebHost has self imploded in the last year"

    Pros: Almost 20 years of quite decent service and support -- but 2023 has been a services and support disaster (see cons below).

    Cons: I think no customer should consider this company at this time for new hosting services (they've totally hollowed out tech support and no longer respond to trouble tickets). It has been 6 days and counting with no DNS records pointing to host server for my domains -- cannot get anyone at FastWebHost to respond to trouble tickets or even online chat -- it is an information desert at this company (which was totally not the case even 2 years ago).

    Overall: Totally negative as of this point in time due to hosting failures, excessive down time and absolutely no technical support responses to repeated queries and trouble tickets.
