Pros: It was really easy to setup, the team was very responsive and we are able to have a custom API integration with little effort.

Cons: The lack of a completely separated staging environment.

Overall: Overall I think Extole provides a great service and was able to meet all our requirements regarding our referral program.

Pros: I have only been using Extole for almost a year after being transferred and I worked with two amazing CSMs who have been helping me navigate around and share insights regarding our program. They are very responsive and really helpful even on short notice/ urgent changes!

Cons: There is none for me except the timezone difference, but other than that, everything is running smoothly.

Overall: I may have only been using Extole for almost a year, but the dashboard is pretty much straightforward and easy to navigate around especially for a beginner with me. It became easier with the help of the CSMs as well.

Pros: Straightforward integration; developer-friendly options; flexible customization; excellent technical support.

Cons: So far, I can't think of anything negative to say about Extole.

Overall: I think Extole is an excellent platform that provides a much needed solution for Referral capabilities. The folks running the show are knowledgeable, professional and amicable. Even with the amount of customization that we have within our website architecture, Extole provided prompt communication and worked with us to find an appropriate solution. 5 Stars.

Cons: Some customizations can take some time to implement.

Overall: The best part of Extole is the support you receive through every stage of the program. Someone is always there to answer your questions and help you make the most of their services/ platform.

Pros: Extole provides amazing services to our brand, diligently and proactively making recommendations and working to provide the ultimate experience for Refer a Friend for our websites.

Cons: I don't have any cons. Our team loves working with Extole!

Overall: Overall, love working with Extole. The team makes it a seamless process, providing any and all information needed to make necessary updates and improvements to Refer a Friend on site.

Pros: Extole had our refer-a-friend program set up in just a few days. Their customer service and tech team are first-class. We love how their support team continues to suggest ways to improve conversions and they have been willing to A/B test ideas to make sure we are going with the best option. Their refer-a-friend program is completely seamless and it requires very little effort to run after the initial setup is complete.

Cons: There isn't one thing we don't like about Extole.

Overall: We are so impressed with Extole's team and refer-a-friend program. Our customers love getting rewarded for telling their friends about our legal products.

Pros: Extole is such an easy way to enhance our customer engagement and increase site traffic. We've participated in their refer-a-friend program for years and they are always quick to point out ways to tweak and augment what is already a great offering.

Cons: I'm really hard-pressed to find anything critical to share. Even when I have trouble with finding rewards for customers, our account manager always helps us out.

Overall: Our account managers at Extole have been some of the best folks I've worked with. They are incredible responsive and thorough. The follow-ups and check-ins have been so instrumental in supporting our business.

Pros: -Proactive in offering solutions
-Helps with a lot of the heavy lifting, where possible of course.
-Flexible team with flexible solutions.

Cons: No cons from working with the Extole team, the software has provided everything our business needs.

Overall: Overall a wonderful experience working with the Extole team. The team has been proactive with their support and are always flexible with the many changes we go through as a business.

Pros: I have always enjoyed working with Extole on launching new programs and maintaining them. They are great at being responsive, as well as making it as streamlined as possible to bring campaigns to launch.

Cons: I haven't yet encountered any cons - which is a massive plus. I think the only thing I could say is that it seems there is still plenty of opportunity for Extole to continue to build on their product offering with enhanced features to round out what they already offer. Would really say its a con, just something I know they are building upon and will serve their customers well.

Overall: Overall, I would recommend Extole to anyone looking to utilize services they offer. They are easy to work with, have great ideas to help you realize your desired outcomes, and offer great flexibility.

Pros: The tool is extremely user-friendly and is easy to familiarize yourself with. Similarly, the program is reliable and more or less runs itself - you don't have to be constantly hands on with it from a day-to-day perspective.

Cons: The dashboard is a little cumbersome and at time can be difficult to follow. Like many marketing dashboards, the revenue reported is inflated and difficult to align with business reporting.

Overall: In my experience with working with Extole, the team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you further optimize your program, as well as make creative additions to solve for overall business requirements.

Pros: Professional, knowledgeable and dedicated Account Managers. Their dedication to keeping consistent communication and resources to the shared initiative has been paramount in successfully launching campaigns.

Cons: I do not feel like any particular aspect to Extole or their proprietary software is lacking.

Overall: Extole is a best class business in achieving personalized and scaled Marketing campaigns. Their ability to solution for new and unique initiatives allows us to strengthen our Referral & Loyalty marketing initiatives beyond our four walls. Their technology assists us in quick turnaround in build and execution of large marketing experience & communication journeys.

Pros: Extole has tremendously helped my business grow online. Their model of having dedicated, knowledgeable, account executives streamlines ideation to implementation and they always have good ideas! Especially, Erica N.

Cons: They are always improving reporting but some things are not as self-service as I'd like. Thankfully they have amazing support so there really is never an issue getting the information needed to operate our business.

Overall: If you run a business online Extole's talented team will help you grow. Fast, fantastic, fun, and fanatically dedicated to your success are some of the ways I describe them. If you're looking for a refer a friend program you won't go wrong using them.

Pros: The customizations that I can make myself are really helpful and allow for immediate implementation.

Cons: It would be helpful to see a comparison dataset in the reporting tool.

Overall: Professional team that knows what they are doing. The tool is really customizable which means you can move really quickly with changes.

Pros: Combination of professionalism, patience, perseverance, and a great partner: negotiations, implementation, and in-market guidance is top notch.

Cons: Out of the box reporting needed to be tweaked for how we looked at the business, but they were quick to respond and met our needs.

Overall: The process and account management was good, but it’s the results that matter and Extole was able to drive customer acquisition at a lower CAC. Basically, strong results plus a great vendor/client relationship equals a big win.

Pros: - It was incredibly easy to stand up our RAF program using Google Tag Manager. With basic knowledge of a TMS the solution can be setup end to end.
- Strong out of the box features that were leaps ahead of the previous RAF system leveraged by our business
- The Extole team is an absolute pleasure to work with and have partnered with our business and have continued to challenge us to take our referral marketing program to the next level. As mentioned previously, out of the box features are strong but if things are lacking in any area the team has jumped in to develop a custom solution.

Cons: There is a slight learning curve with the reporting options but with a little time and the support from our success team this was a short term issue.

Overall: This is a great product backed by a strong support team. Extole has been able to adjust to our business needs over time as we have evolved our referral marketing program.

Pros: 1. the platform, which allows you to continuously make updates to the visuals & copy 2. the dashboard & data which give you real time insights into how your project is doing 3. the Extole team, which is very helpful, knowledgeable and proactive

Cons: As there is no integration yet with our CRM systems, some tasks that we need to do now are redundant. But after the full integration, this will change.

Overall: Extole is a great partner in helping us to launch referral marketing on a global scale. Highly recommend using this tool.

Pros: I love Extole's interface. Also, their customer support is second to NONE! The care and attention we receive from Extole make my life much easier and who can't use that.

Cons: There really are no cons. The only thing I can think of is that I wish COVID was over so we could resume our in-person check-ins and lunches!

Overall: The strategy tactics recommended for our Refer-a-Friend programs and Holiday Drop-a-Hint programs have exceeded expectations by far in both ROI and conversions. Truly experts in their field. I would highly recommend working with them.
