    Pros: I have only been using Extole for almost a year after being transferred and I worked with two amazing CSMs who have been helping me navigate around and share insights regarding our program. They are very responsive and really helpful even on short notice/ urgent changes!

    Cons: There is none for me except the timezone difference, but other than that, everything is running smoothly.

    Overall: I may have only been using Extole for almost a year, but the dashboard is pretty much straightforward and easy to navigate around especially for a beginner with me. It became easier with the help of the CSMs as well.

    Pros: Extole had our refer-a-friend program set up in just a few days. Their customer service and tech team are first-class. We love how their support team continues to suggest ways to improve conversions and they have been willing to A/B test ideas to make sure we are going with the best option. Their refer-a-friend program is completely seamless and it requires very little effort to run after the initial setup is complete.

    Cons: There isn't one thing we don't like about Extole.

    Overall: We are so impressed with Extole's team and refer-a-friend program. Our customers love getting rewarded for telling their friends about our legal products.

    Pros: Extole is such an easy way to enhance our customer engagement and increase site traffic. We've participated in their refer-a-friend program for years and they are always quick to point out ways to tweak and augment what is already a great offering.

    Cons: I'm really hard-pressed to find anything critical to share. Even when I have trouble with finding rewards for customers, our account manager always helps us out.

    Overall: Our account managers at Extole have been some of the best folks I've worked with. They are incredible responsive and thorough. The follow-ups and check-ins have been so instrumental in supporting our business.

    Pros: I have always enjoyed working with Extole on launching new programs and maintaining them. They are great at being responsive, as well as making it as streamlined as possible to bring campaigns to launch.

    Cons: I haven't yet encountered any cons - which is a massive plus. I think the only thing I could say is that it seems there is still plenty of opportunity for Extole to continue to build on their product offering with enhanced features to round out what they already offer. Would really say its a con, just something I know they are building upon and will serve their customers well.

    Pros: The tool is extremely user-friendly and is easy to familiarize yourself with. Similarly, the program is reliable and more or less runs itself - you don't have to be constantly hands on with it from a day-to-day perspective.

    Cons: The dashboard is a little cumbersome and at time can be difficult to follow. Like many marketing dashboards, the revenue reported is inflated and difficult to align with business reporting.

    Overall: In my experience with working with Extole, the team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you further optimize your program, as well as make creative additions to solve for overall business requirements.

    Pros: Combination of professionalism, patience, perseverance, and a great partner: negotiations, implementation, and in-market guidance is top notch.

    Cons: Out of the box reporting needed to be tweaked for how we looked at the business, but they were quick to respond and met our needs.

    Overall: The process and account management was good, but it’s the results that matter and Extole was able to drive customer acquisition at a lower CAC. Basically, strong results plus a great vendor/client relationship equals a big win.

    Pros: - It was incredibly easy to stand up our RAF program using Google Tag Manager. With basic knowledge of a TMS the solution can be setup end to end.
    - Strong out of the box features that were leaps ahead of the previous RAF system leveraged by our business
    - The Extole team is an absolute pleasure to work with and have partnered with our business and have continued to challenge us to take our referral marketing program to the next level. As mentioned previously, out of the box features are strong but if things are lacking in any area the team has jumped in to develop a custom solution.

    Cons: There is a slight learning curve with the reporting options but with a little time and the support from our success team this was a short term issue.

    Overall: This is a great product backed by a strong support team. Extole has been able to adjust to our business needs over time as we have evolved our referral marketing program.

    Pros: I love Extole's interface. Also, their customer support is second to NONE! The care and attention we receive from Extole make my life much easier and who can't use that.

    Cons: There really are no cons. The only thing I can think of is that I wish COVID was over so we could resume our in-person check-ins and lunches!

    Overall: The strategy tactics recommended for our Refer-a-Friend programs and Holiday Drop-a-Hint programs have exceeded expectations by far in both ROI and conversions. Truly experts in their field. I would highly recommend working with them.
