Pros: Easy to book a ticket online for an event. It's very easy to choose a date and a time slot and payment option.

Cons: There is no cons. It's my first time to book a ticket a Eventix and I haven't experienced any cons!

Overall: My overall experience was that it was easy to book a ticket. You're directly diverted to the payment option and you can download your tickets right away.

Pros: Nice and easy access to the tickets. Always reliable, and i never had any problems! 😁 When ordering everything is very well explained.

Overall: I’ve been ordering tickets via Eventix for almost 4/5 years now, and I’ve never experienced any problems.
The steps of ordering are always good explained. I would recommend!

Pros: Clear website. Purchased multiple tickets for various events in the past, always satisfied. After cancellation of a festival last year I asked for a refund which was handled in a correct manner. Friendly and helpful costumer service.

Cons: After cancellation of an event during COVID I requested a refund. Unfortunately something went wrong with an error on the website. I then contacted the costumer service and was helped in the nicest way by Vincent, which made up for the initial ‘con’.

Overall: Clear website and order system. Friendly and helpful costumer service. I can definitely recommend Eventix to anyone wanting to order tickets for an event.

Pros: iPad did great. I got trough and got to buy the tickets so great. I for sure would use it again on my iPad.

Pros: Everything worked smoothly and without fault. There were no waiting times, or at least it was very short.

Cons: There is a lot of text to read and the design can be overwhelming. Maybe a minimalistic approach can easy the readability.

Overall: Good job on making something that actually does what it's supposed to without giving your clients the stressful thoughts they can experience when waiting too long: "Will it work? I hope it doesn't decline..."

Pros: Very clear layout and easy to use.
Fills out your form automatically when you buy another ticket.
No strange verification methods etc.

Cons: Sometimes it was a bit slow so I ha to what and try again later or on my laptop.

Overall: I have bought tickets via eventix many many times and have always been satisfied with how easy and user friendly it is.

Pros: Clear and concise. UI is simple and easy to use. Especially the email service comes in very handy when you want to reserve tickets. Eventix is near ideal to use.

Cons: I heard from friends some thought they had to do something extra to be in the queue. The website is so easy that you can get worried if you should take extra action or something.

Overall: Easy and smooth, I don't have much to complain. I'd like to see other festivals and events to use Eventix as their ticket distribution system

Pros: The website makes everything very clear and is easy to use. They payment is going quick and before that it's easy to read all the information about one of the events.

Cons: There is not really something I didn't like but I think there is always space for improvements. One improvement you can maybe do is send the tickets in a file so you don't have to go to the website again to open them.
