Pros: Event Staff App covers all area's to make staffing multiple events a breeze. It is super user friendly for both admins and users.
Cons: The welcome / onboarding email could be a bit more detailed. Also the gps tracking is a bit glitchy at times.
Overall: The development team is so helpful. They continue to come out with new features that help our growing business.

Pros: Easy to use.
Texting is super efficient.
Christophe is very accessible with adjustments or edits. he always answers all our questions.Cons: Sometimes the GPS location services doesn't work and I wish that it integrated with my payroll (Paychex Flex) to import the time tracking into time cards, but maybe someday!
Overall: We have had great success with Event Staff App over the last few years. We use it for time tracking, scheduling, and keeping an active list of employees. We are a larger company with approximately 150 waitstaff and more using ESA and find it very user friendly and compliant with our needs.
