Pros: Nothing. It's been a bad experience and I have lost money. There are no updates or responses back from them on inquiry.

Cons: They do not update anyone. I have several investments thru them and I haven't heard updates about for years. Are they bankrupt? Are they public? I don't believe they care wether the investments are good or not.

Overall: Poor, as mentioned above. I was recommended by a service I had and I hold them responsible as well. If they would update (even gone bankrupt) I would be able to write it off. I do not recommend pre IPO's.

Pros: NONE, unless you don't ever want to see your money again. I would strongly advise anyone who is looking to invest to vet the company and the stock advisor very carefully.

Cons: There is no customer service contact by phone or email and no way to retrieve your funds invested. This is a SCAM! BEWARE!!!

Overall: I invested in a stock Equifund was offering two years ago based on the investment of what seemed to be a creditable online advisor. Fast forward to today, my attempts to reach any support through email or phone have gone unanswered for weeks since my efforts began. I would suggest that anyone looking to invest through this company consider other options and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY. THE LIKELYHOOD OF GETTING ANY BACK IS NOT GOOD!!!

Pros: The website looks nice.
I cant really think of anything nice to say here.
They do answer emails a few days later than hoped for.

Cons: Customer service doesn't actually respond to issues raised.
They seem to try to go out of their way to be unhelpful.
They don't seem to understand simple requests.

Overall: A truly dreadful experience. After my 'credit 'card' got declined, I had , according to their email 28 days to try again. I asked them on at least 3 occasions if a debit card was ok, they never answered (I guess the question was too complex!). After about 14 days, I had an email to say I was too late. I complained and so had another 'chance' to make payment. I made a successful payment, but then I got an email about not completing KYC and that I had 24 HOURS to do this. I went back on the site, and could see nothing I had to do. I emailed to ask what if anything else, I needed to do for this.
3 days later I received an email to say my payment had been refunded, less banking fees no doubt!! My advice would be to steer clear from this clown company.
