    "Great for SMS reviews"

    Pros: Great owner who is constantly trying to improve the overall software to work better. They're great with agencies.

    Cons: It could really use some UI/UX updates on the interface.

    Overall: Overall it's a good software tool and works well with SMS invitations to gather good reviews from customers.
